My residence experience is phenomenal. My apartment is on the corner with my patio facing the pool and clubhouse - the perfect scene in my opinion. There are always activities going on and the other residents are so friendly and enjoyable to be around. There's been a few times I've left my car unlocked and not once did I worry about anything being stolen. The amenities are kept up to date and the clubhouse/theater is a cause for a good time.

Communication between staff and the residents is great. Staff hears out its residents and works on getting their needs accomplished. There are some amenities that need upgrading: The animal park and wash station. However everything else is well maintained

When I came home my air would not come on. I put in a maintenance report on the residence portal and the I called in an emergency maintenance issue. I was called back within 5 minutes and maintenance came out right away to fix the problem. They really take care of us here at Madison Point. When ever I have a maintenance issue, they are always right on it. Thanks so much!

Our experience at Madison Pointe is golden, definitely 5-star ratings. My children enjoy the pool often and my wife and I love the clubhouse area. Our floormates in our resident building are very courteous and accepting that we have small-aged children. Madison Pointe has many outdoor activities for the entire family to be engaged in, and have awesome, planned events. Our biggest delight is when the food trucks come out and we don't have to prepare a meal that night lol. We love it here and have access to a lot of shopping, dining, and the interstate!

Madison Pointe is great! If there wasn’t for the noise from the above apartment I would probably have given a five star review instead of a four! Unfortunately you can’t pick your neighbors. I have made numerous complaints about it but nothing is solved. Other than that the community and the people that work here are amazing. The place is very neat and organized.

Ceilings/floors and walls are paper thin. You hear everything going on above you and outside. Every stomp, all the music playing, everyone being disrespectful late at night outside. If you value your peace and quiet I would not recommend moving into Madison pointe

I love Madison Pointe! Great design, love the huge windows letting in natural light. Excellent customer service. Great maintenance. Very peaceful and good location, near outlet and gas stations. Good access to I-95.

Nice community, Madison pointe is close by to everything you need, if you love to shop this is the great location for you. Nice restaurants opened up, also have other restaurants that are good. Would recommend to new residents looking to move in.
