They don’t answer any phone calls or respond to any voicemails. I’ve applied and never heard a word. I’ve been calling for weeks, even went to the offer multiple times to no avail.
I applied to this apt and they are horrible on communication, I called them repeatedly till I decided to show up to see what was going since I had paid my application fee and it had been 3 weeks already. The complex is nice but the turn off is there no communication.
I lived here for a little over two years. You cannot beat the price for the neighborhood. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance of Noble SEPTA station and several restaurants and bars, as well as LA Fitness. Karen in the leasing office was so nice and maintenance was quick to fix any issues. Only reason why we left is because we bought a house.
