Property Ratings at Madison Hall
Horrible management, they lie to you with sending out nasty emails quoting fire codes. They clip and past documents to support your signed lease. They did away with assigned parking for no reason and now you may not be able to park near your unit when you get home. Throw away property that has been in place for years with no complaints. Oh, and now police coming on property daily and nothing said. Feels very dangerous and afraid to go outside day or night.
The location of the property is very convenient to a lot of amenities. There are grocery stores less than 5 minutes drive away, you can easily get on the highway in less than 10 minutes. There are parks within 15 minutes. The staff is friendly, and work to get your maintenance requests in quickly. Only downside was that the playground was closed for repairs. Understable, given that supplies to make repairs are limited.

This place is great! The neighbors are great and there are lots are amenities so you don't even have to leave the complex. There is an on site laundry room, a bbq area and pool for the warmer weather, car wash, and dog park. There is maintenance available for whatever you need, and the office is always warm and welcoming. The location of Madison Hall is extremely convenient. The nearest mall is only 15 minutes away and there is lots of great food only a few minutes from the complex.
When I moved to Madison Hall Apartments two years ago, I was looking for an apartment that was quiet, in a safe neighborhood, and smoke free. Madison Hall checked off all the boxes I had on my “apartment shopping list”. They are located in a quiet residential area that is out away from the hustle and bustle of Winston-Salem, but close enough to town to make running errands a breeze! The apartments are spacious and beautifully decorated, the community is quiet and peaceful, and the best part is that they are 100% smoke free apartments! The property manager, Christian, is absolutely wonderful! Whenever I or my children have called or stepped into the office to either pay the rent or put in a maintenance request, she always greets us with a smile and is such a pleasure to talk to. The maintenance staff, Danny, is beyond excellent!! He is always quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he plans to resolve it. He never leaves a mess and if the maintenance request is for something like the AC Unit or water heater, he always checks back in at least twice to ensure that everything is working as it should be. He truly is the best of the best when it comes to maintenance staff!! The past two years living at Madison Hall have been an absolute joy! I have enjoyed getting to know my neighbors and look forward to coming home each day to my beautiful and quite apartment. Many people see the rental price on these apartments and scream “YIKES!” ….. but when you take into account the quality of care that you receive from the management and maintenance staff, the peace and quite that surrounds you, and the comfort in knowing that you are in a safe neighborhood, you simply cannot put a price on that!! If you are looking for an apartment in the Clemmons, NC area, I cannot recommend Madison Hall Apartments enough! You will absolutely LOVE living here!!!
We lived here since 2018. We like the pool and the picnic area with the grills. Never had any trouble with anyone. Management is great and maintenance is good. Very low crime area and great schools but still close the practically everything. Even Hanes Mall is less than 15 mins away after they opened up that new road.
I really love living here. It’s down the way from everything you can think of- stores, food, grocery stores, and much more!! Plus, the price for the apartments are fair and priced right in my opinion. The inside is lovely and the new renovations are stunning!!!!
Staying at Madison Hall apartments has been an extremely satisfying experience. The apartment offers a spacious layout and I would consider it a good value for the price you pay. The best part is the location. The apartments are tucked away in a quite corner of Clemmons and has a friendly neighborhood feel. Additionally, this is my first apartment I’ve rented since becoming married. Both my spouse and I have been blown away with the customer service given by management. It is one thing to want a safe area to house you and your loved ones, but to also have a team working to make sure your experience is valued is another huge bonus. The remarkable aspect of living at Madison Hall apartments has been the care given through quick response with apartment repairs, but mostly the care given in the little things—community luncheons to show appreciation for residence at the main office, flyers posted at every apartment door during times of extreme weather advising on best practices, & the welcoming sense to swing by the main office and get to know management. I would highly recommend renting from Madison Hall, yes for the accommodations received given the price, but also for the overwhelming sense that care of residents experience is a top priority.

This is a great place to call home! The staff always greet you with a smile. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The pool is lovely. The laundry and work out rooms are open 24/7. I feel very safe here which is very important to me because i live alone. It’s a beautiful place to live.

I have been here for 4 years. The staff in place now is prompt and attentive to any concerns or issues I may run into. This is an affordable place to call home. Safety is really important to me and I believe this neighborhood offers the security I was hoping for. It is a great location near winston and right outside the heart of Clemmons!
My daughter and I moved here in the fall and so far it's been great. We enjoy our neighbors and the apartment was updated with new flooring, faucets, lighting, and more. The staff is friendly and attentive. Service requests are done in a timely manner and they even make sure to leave a note that they've been here. The follow through has been dependable as well. Looking forward to the pool opening in the Spring.
These apts have been falling apart over the last 5 years, and the management does not seem to care at all. Mice, bugs, rotting walls/roofs, loud and worrisome parking lot activities as well. I’m told we now have drug activity and you should check police reports this year for these apts. management has No follow through and show little interest in residents issues. Rent is way high, service is way low. To bad since they are located in lovely Clemmons, but not worth the problems
Not the apartments for families or seniors that need safe and caring environment.
