Madison Glen Mills

I moved in 18 months ago, initially I enjoyed the location. There was an issue with the dryer, the maintenance and management team required a lot of nudging to make the repair. However, it was done and I overlooked their casual attitude about making the repairs. Fast forward to now, I have been strung along regarding an HVAC repair for over a month. I have had to use emergency heat I order to heat the apartment and there is no AC. The main office is concerned with “a cheaper estimate “ from a second contractor. That second contractor did what some contractors do - did not start when they said they would and sis not finish. Meanwhile my rent increased. The customer service here is deplorable and while they are worried about saving money, they are taking more of mine. This explains why people are moving out in droves. The entire property management team that was here when I moved in has left. Save yourself some money like this property management company has and find another place to live.

Living here has been a very good experience. I have been here over 9 years.

I have visited so many communities that I was at the point of giving on one place and seeking 2 separate instead. I than made my request known to God and I ended up at your place of business. It was love at 1st site!!! However, I’m still waiting on a positive confirmation of Yes, all I speak is truth and would still recommend.

Quiet. Neighbors are friendly but not invasive. Dog friendly. Communicate well through email which is my preference.

management office is great, Camdyn in particular. they seem to really want to make sure you're happy with your home.

Only apartment complex in the area which allows dogs over 30 lbs. for the most part, my four years at Madison Glen Mills was wonderful. It is close to my work and the community is beautiful. My issue was that each year's increase in rent added up to the point that I could build a townhouse and have a mortgage that was close in price. I was at a point in my financial life that allowed me to make this investment.

Until the supervision of the work crew and supervision is upgraded it is hard to tell our friends that they should come here. This is something tha we have always told them to do in the 12 years that we have lived here.

Way overpriced. Staff is rude/snarky. Maintenance doesn’t come when requested.

I would however have to be up front with them about the rent raise process

I love where Madison, however the costs keeps going up to high that I have lost many of my friends to move to other place. Especially for senior citizens who have been here for years and have a fixed income.

Unless maintenance work improves, I am less likely to recommend

The leasing office employees were incredible supportive and helpful on the typical issues that arise during the initial phases of the leasing process. This gives you the impression that nothing can stand in the way of renting an apartment in this community.

Beyond the facilities, the community of people living here are friendly, and helpful. I love walking my dog meeting other people, and looking at how people have decorated the outside of their homes. It is obvious that people care about their home, and view where they live as a home, and not just an apartment. The landscaping is beautiful. A real variety of plants, and it's nice to see that residents add a little bit of their own by planting some annuals.

I had an emergency issue with water coming through my kitchen ceiling. The matter was resolved immediately, and the staff worked with me to schedule time to come into my apartment to complete the repair. Everything looks great! I'd recommend the apartment community based on the overall friendliness and caring of its staff, the quiet and respectful community, and the level of care that is clearly given to this property.

I'm hopeful, that some all around improvements will take place, because it was becoming unsatisfactory, and many residents moved!

Michelle was absolutely amazing in my move into the Madison! The apartments are awesome and living in this community is a pleasure.

Would not recommend because my rent went up every year and I pay in time every month ! And it goes up high

The apartments feel big and are well maintained. The location is nice and quiet, but close to other things. Dog park is nice

I often share to others that one of the BEST decisions I ever made was choosing Madison Glen Mills ! Great community amenities neighbors I feel safe and comfortable. I tell others don't wait when they express interest ! One girlfriend was so very disappointed the size apartment home she wanted was not available !!!!!!

The apartments are expensive and the mechanical systems are starting to show their age (i.e. HVAC)

I would recommend the apartment Michelle was very effective in her responses, help and enthusiasm. The apartments are confortable and clean.

The rental units feel like a home and overall it is managed well.

We haves lived at Madison before and feel like it is a good community of people and the maintenance service is always kind and friendly and get s the job done. The office staff can’t do enough for everyone

Love the community and the people. Just at a place where the yearly hikes in rent are making it difficult to stay.

My husband and I have been living here for a long time, we love it here. I have recommended it numerous times, some have declined due to cost being so high.

I think a garbage disposal and an ice maker in the fridge are just standard everywhere, especially for this price. Also I am not a fan of rude communications. I am not sure what kind of bad people the management has dealt with so far that they have to be offensive and defensive in every communication with the residents like they want to fight ? I am sorry if the residents annoy you , it does look so from the way you communicate.

This is one of only two apartment communities that we have ever been a resident of, and I would say that the overall feeling is that the office an maintenance personnel can make or break the living experience. In that we have had a very good experience in both areas, I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a quality living expedrience.

I love Madison, I would love to stay here....As nice as it is, I'm worried about increases as a one income resident. It is all worth it, but cost of living increases aren't very generous in some companies.

Maintenance issues and amenities need an upgrade. Rent increases are too much each year.

Madison Glen apartments are spacious and located in a great area, close to shopping and restaurants. It's very quiet and in the spring it's beautiful with all the trees in bloom.

Only complaint I have is rugs are a year old and frayed at several of the blending points on 1st floor.

Great neighbors, wonderful community where you always feel safe and great amenities.

I really love living here. I live alone now and feel very safe here which is important to me. The office personnel are very and accommodating and I would recommend this apartment community.

My husband and I had been living in Philadelphia for ten plus years and it was finally time to sell the house when he received a job in the Chadds Ford area. Knowing very little about Chadds Ford my husband turned to his new co-workers for advice and everyone told him to look in Glen Mills. It was the best advice they could have given us! We came from a brand new house and were looking for a beautiful, peaceful environment away from city living. Madison Apartments in Glen Mills is peaceful, beautiful and feels like home! We have a beautiful pond with a fountain in our backyard, landscaping that is maintenance'd every other day, gorgeous new pool and gym, and an incredibly accommodating staff of managers. Our neighbors are kind and everyone in the complex is friendly. Pets are welcome and you quickly learn everyone's fur-baby's names. Parking is NEVER an issue. Coming from the city this is gold! We park directly in front of our place and never have to walk. Everything is well lit with beautiful lanterns so you can always see your way. All units have a deck or outdoor space. I quickly decorated with an outdoor rug, cozy papasan chairs, hydrangeas, an herb garden and beautiful soft lighting for summer nights. We sit out here curled up in our blankets, books or iPads and relax with tea in one hand and puppy in the other. We are currently in the 3 bedroom unit which is awesome! Vaulted ceilings, huge bedroom suites, 2 brand new tiled bathrooms and a new kitchen. A wood burning fireplace for cozy winter nights and a full laundry room in our unit with plenty of space for folding. All the units have been receiving brand new energy efficient windows over the past two months, which has been great on our bills. Did I mention valet trash? Being in the city, sometimes trash pick-up never happens for over a week. Valet trash gives you a trash can that you place outside your door 5 days a week. They come at night and it's gone! The one thing that gave me a sense of belonging here was that everyone cares greatly about where they live. 95% of the complex has wreaths/decorations on their doors and patio sets out front. Everyone's porch areas are beautifully taken care of! As current visitors of Disney's Saratoga Springs and Spa in Orlando, FL, this place looked and felt just like that! There's a brand new dog park with obstacles and toys galore! I highly recommend and suggest a visit to the 2nd happiest place on earth! :)

I've been here for years and this place is slowly going downhill they offer a clubhouse there is no Clubhouse they said they were going to have a putting green there is no putting they say they offer a gazebo no gazebo.now they charge to pick up the trash and now they charge for water
