Very well built apartments. You cannot hear banging or knocking from neighbors. Very quite place. Maintenence does their best to make sure all needs are attended to. Big thank you to Deron K. He's always on point if anything were to go wrong!

I've been living in Madison at Roosevelt Apartments a little over 6 months now. I love it here. The complex is well taken care of and the neighbors overall are very friendly. If you're looking for a great place to stay, move here. The property maintenance technician, Deron is great and he's always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The property management team is also extremely friendly and professional.

Imagine if you took trash you found in a dumpster, painted it without cleaning it and then used that to build yourself an apartment. That’s what it’s like here. Moved in and they had glazed over the previous tenants HAIR on the shower wall so it was permanently stuck there. Told they could fix it but we couldn’t stay there for 24 hours. Both toilets had to be fixed. Both drains in tubs don’t plug correctly so water slowly leaks out as I’m trying to bath my child. Had to have sink drains unclogged upon moving in because they were will filled with hair and like crumbled drywall or rocks or something. Dishwasher had to replaced 3 times. Told manager that A/C unit was broken, they laughed at us, one week later the unit took a total crap and had to be completely replaced inside and out. Had to call maintenance around 20 times while only living there for only one year. Moved the washer/dryer to clean and found socks from previous tenants as well as kitty litter and other dirt and debris that did not belong to us. Had to fight to get ALL THREE bedroom doors replaced because they wouldn’t shut. Had to have front door frame completely replaced and fixed. Had to have sliding glass door replaced because you couldn’t open it. All three bedroom windows either don’t open or don’t stay open (take your pick) and we were told we’d just have to deal with it because they are not replacing it. Had maintenance give us an attitude when we asked for help after the portable A/C unit blew a fuse because we were without central A/C for 7 days…. Front closet door was too big to close when we moved in, they replaced it with one that was too small to cover the opening. Like I said, trash… and they are charging like this place is nice. Run while you can or good luck to you. Oh, most neighbors are nice but we had both cars hit by a non resident that totaled around $22,000 in damages plus he hit 3 other cars (so don’t let them sell you on the whole gated community thing) and we had one actual neighbor come home drunk and hit another neighbors car and leave the scene.

0 stars if I could & I am not someone to leave bad reviews. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I have perfect credit, a whole years worth of rent saved up which I proved to them in a bank statement. AND my husband gets guaranteed 3x amount of rent deposited into his acct every month which will never end, ON TOP of his regular 9-5. We have no evictions, no bad past rental history etc & they took a week to let us know this - when we were told we’d have an answer within 48 hrs. Literally blew money away left & right on this place with application fees, pet screening fees etc. also - why don’t you guys make it clear that NOBODY IS IN YOUR LEASING OFFICE OUT FRONT? I’ve seen others comment this as well. This place is a joke. I really think they’re in it for the Application & Pet screening fees. They drag their feet with the application process. I would suggest looking elsewhere & putting your money to better use with a different place.

We were looking for an apartment for my son.. The Relations Specialist Valen, was not only knowledgeable but very helpful and Friendly. Valen showed us around and explained everything. If you are looking for a well maintained Apartment complex then I would recommend Madison at Roosevelt.

4 minutes ago We Just moved to Madison about a month ago and all I have to say is “wow!” The community is great, clean and staffs are very attentive. Tiffany is great and always responds in a timely manner to your emails. Jason (we love him!!) does an outstanding job making sure any issue you have in your apartment is taken care of. He even helped a friend of mine that is still in NY with the application process for an apartment. Considering my friend was out of state he helped make the process stress free. If you are considering staying in Clearwater I would highly recommend Madison not only because of its nice apartments but mainly because of how great a job Management is doing.
When I KMan I was new in town and had no idea how to get started but the staff here at Roosevelt really got things on the move for me they are really great wonderful apartment excellent neighbors
I ABSOLUTELY love it here,the staff are GREAT. My apartment is Very spacious,not to mention the amenities-2 large pools,tennis court,volleyball court, sunroom,outside lounge,cafe,game room ,24 hour fitness center. OH and did I mention the BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL courtyards. The scenery alone is BREATHTAKING so PLEASE come and join The Madison at Roosevelt family....We did and we are 100% HAPPY
I am so appreciative of how Alexis, Assistance Community Manager, handled my request in trying to get an apartment available for my son, who recently moved into Civilian life from the Marines. She helped and guided us every step of the way and worked with us to care for what he needed as far as proof of income, etc. She was able to get him into an apartment within 5 working days. I tried other apartment complexes and none of them were responsive like Alexis. I could tell she really cared about our Veterans and went out of her way to get him moved from a Hotel to an apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Thanks so much Alexis for all that you did for me and my family so we had 1 less thing to worry about knowing our son could have a place to call home!
I was a potential resident but unfortunately was unable to pass the credit. The two girls in the front office bubbly, courteous and polite as well as professional. They treat you like family and take you in as such.. Besides the office staffs, the renovated apartments and the grounds grounds are beautiful! This complex is a if your looking in this area. I will be back again when I get my credit issue resolved.
I live here for few months now and and I love it since day one. It's a nice and clean place, the apartment is big and clean, the staff in the office really friendly and always ready to help out. Whatever work I needed, they were always ready to come in and get things done. I'm happy to live here. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. The area is great too, banks, grocery stores,dog parks, US 19, everything close.great place to live.
This sounded good when they included free dish tv. Until you use it. To say it sucks should say it all. It's like watching TV with an antena. Most of the chanels are fuzy and the manager does not care. The nieghbor's deck is unusable because it is comig loose from the building. It has been that way for over a month. They have it supported with a couple of be post and a beam. someone moved in the other and moved out the next day because of bugs. I have to get my place sprayed everyweek. I will be moving out soon.
The title should explain everything. Since the day we walked in it's just been non-stop bugs bugs bugs. I know that Florida has bugs but this is ridiculous. Do not even think about coming here.
farrington is not bad. There's are some good apartments with the new upgrade but I don't have the upgrade and I just feel that when something goes wrong maintenance is lazy when they come to fix it. They get there on time and the office staff is nice but they really need to get a new maintenance crew.

Rent is very afforable for this area. Rent includes water, trash, and satellite....I only pay for rent and elec. Has two pools and 2 laundry rooms although weight room is not that great. Been here a year and no crime or problems. Family friendly. Office staff is helpful. If I call today for repairs, it's fixed by the next day. Would definitely recommend. Close to shopping, 19, etc.
Was very excited to move into this place I thought it was adorable and the managers seemed very friendly and excited to get me moved in. Not even a few months later I had a laundry list of problems wrong with my apartment and some more serious than others causing damage to my furniture. The minor problems were all given a quick fix which includes my toilet which still will never flush right. When asked to fix these more major problems the manager couldn't hold his temper and would end up screaming at me over the phone and hanging up saying the damage to my furniture is not their responsibility and it's not their fault the problem still isn't fixed a week later. Even the maintenance guys talk bad about the place saying how much they hate working for them. I've had many people tell me I should contact the news stations because of how bad I've been treated but I didn't want that kind of spotlight so maybe this review will give it some justice. This place may be decent looking on the outside but it's not worth the constant heachache.
