The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Macon Reserve
The property communicates well when I was trying to get approved and when I paid them but after they received the money they stopped answering my calls. I would leave messages, call and nothing. Very unprofessional and I’m disappointed honestly. No one answering and it’s frustrating
I am a parent of adult daughters who are moving into their first apartment. I have been looking at apartments for months now and the process has been rough. I spoke with Ms. Richardson for the first time yesterday, and today, my daughters have been approved! Ms. Richardson is very professional, respectful of other's time and did an excellent job of answering any questions that I had. I feel 1000% comfortable with my girls moving here. Ms. Richardson, you have taken 20 years of stress off of my brain! Thank you SO much! Ms. Richardson, you are wonderful! Samantha W.
I just moved here and I like everything about the apartment. Ms.tedria the property manager is amazing she make sure if something not working in your apartment she going to make sure she gets her maintenance guy over to check it out. Being honest about something you don’t like she willing to fix it right away.. Maintenance guys are amazing to they make sure if something wrong the get to the bottom of it to make it better..
I live here now and I agree 100% with the previous response. I am planning ion moving in two months and I am counting the days. That's why I came on apartments.com to start looking for somewhere else but I wanted to see others reviews first so I don't make this mistake again. Even if this is your last resort, pass it and try staying with a relative for a while until you can do better. It's truly awful here, I have often cried some nights BC I feel like I failed as a parent for having my child here. I don't sleep in my room anymore I sleep on the couch so I can hear better in case someone tries to brake in or wants to mess with my door. My room is down a little hall away from the front door so I think I'm hearing all kinds of stuff at night. And the vandalism and break ins are terrifying. Please take my advice and whatever persons advice that posted before me and don't move here. If you don't think we are telling the truth. Waste your money and move here and then you wil see.
This place seems nice at first because the outside is kept well groomed but trash is still left everywhere and so are shards of glass. People will nonchalantly shoot their guns outside for the fun of it. Neighbors cats have been murdered and hung out on their porches to be seen(not even joking about this). There was NO electricity in the unit once we moved in. The land lady won't do ANYTHING when you ask her. We waited months before any pest control people came and they did a lame job because there is still a bad roach problem. There is a lot of space outside to walk dogs but you are scared to because people are rude, and crazy, not to mention ignorant and lack common sense around here. The air conditioning that is included is the tiniest most useless unit and is barely noticeable. We sweat the first 2 nights waiting for the LL to put one in. The bathroom ceiling had what looked to be painted over mildew/mold that started growing out from under it after a few weeks. Once told about it, Sherry(the LL) did nothing after saying she would. The walls are painted with LEAD paint!!! How is that legal? The stove was so gross that we still to this day refuse to use it. The fridge leaks water into itself too. All in all if you are desperate and have NO other options then move here as a starter place until you can escape. We only did because we can't afford anything better.
