I been here a total of 6 years and Lederrick came to my home after the maintenance request and he had great customer service and fixed the problem in less than an hour my A. C. had a problem in this hot weather.
This apartment complex management offers exceptional excellent service. My Opinion I’ve been here 4 yrs now and have experienced the before C&W management take over and the improvements have bee significantly better. Keep doing what you’re doing to improve the living expenses here at Mableton Ridge.
We've been tenants for over 5 years now. Refrigerator is old , stove is old , vent is old , carpet is old.
We are 70 years old and moved in 2 years ago and are living in unlovable circumstances. We have put in several requests to maintnance to fix or ac and in 3 months it has yet to be resolved. There are roaches in our apartment and has begun to get worse. There was a leak in the water lines that has still yet to be fixed and there is now mold in the apartment you can smell it. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Management is horrible and maintenance is non-existent.
The management is horrible and it takes several months for maintenance repairs to get done. Some of the apartments have mold in them and they also have a rodent problem.
It's ok. it has potential to be better, but the environment is quiet (at least where I live)
Sierra Forest is a pleasant property settled on Mableton Pkwy. It is extremely conveniently located to Cobb County, Great Schools, and Great Restaurants in addition to minutes from Downtown Atlanta. The property highlights 1, 3 & 3 rooms, however spaces are topping off pretty quickly due to its reasonable rates & advantageous areas
the owners don't care about it's people staying on the property the apartment are falling apart and they only care about is getting the rent money.
