Novel is great, it’s clean and relatively quiet. For animal owners it’s even better because of all the green space. The only thing that would make it better is if they had an actual package room rather than the fetch I’m not a big fan of it

I'm so sad to be leaving this lovely complex. Even though I had a studio it never felt like one. It was well designed and the space was utilized nicely. Sadly I'm leaving to move to a different state or I would've resigned my lease.

Lost a star for noise. I’ve submitted a few complaints about my upstairs neighbors and the courtesy officer never followed up. Also, the parking garage door for our building is still not working, so I have to go through the opposite building and walk over.

Overall nicely built apartment with a lot of greenery and trails surrounding the property. Ample study area with five offices are very nice features along with a large club room.

Just moved into my new apartment, and the entire process was smooth and seamless. Kevin was very helpful, he communicated clearly, addressed all my questions promptly, and even went out of his way to accommodate some last-minute requests. The neighbors on my floor have been friendly and welcoming, which made settling in even easier. I'm loving the apartment and the amenities so far, and now just looking forward to getting fully settled in!
I love living here. The community is kept clean, neighbors are respectful, the amenities are great, and my dog also enjoys the community just as much as I do!

So far, I love this place. The apartment is exactly what I wanted size wise. And the community seems really friendly and fun. I think We'll be happy here.
My experience living here has been nothing but positive. The apartments are well-maintained, the community is peaceful, and the staff truly go above and beyond. They are always friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues, making this place feel like home. 11/10 great place to live!
My experience as a resident has been wonderful. The community is well-maintained, and I really appreciate how clean and welcoming everything feels. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help when needed. Overall, I feel comfortable, safe, and happy living here.
Overall I am happy with experience at Novel. The only issues I do have is the lack of parking for guests and being able to hear every step my neighbors above me make. Other than that the staff is very helpful and accomodating. I really enjoy working with Cheyenne, Kevin, and Renard and they have been awesome.
Love living Novel West Midtown because of the excellent service from the staff. The community clean and kept up and smell good as you walk through the hallway.

A Sacred Place of Soul Restoration I didn’t just live here. I transformed here. The gym, leasing office, and gear lounge are some of my favorite spaces, especially because of the team behind them. Kevin is truly heaven-sent. His kind spirit, excellent service, and genuine presence make a lasting impression. Kimia, a powerful and compassionate leader, uplifts everyone she engages with. She is always delivering with grace and excellence. A few suggestions: • The dog park is quite small for the number of pet owners. The large grassy area next to it (about 4x bigger) could be transformed into an extended off-leash space for dogs to run freely. • The key fob door access system could definitely be upgraded. I really enjoy living here. Property management is proactive and attentive and always helpful if needed. Common spaces are clean and the landscape is well maintained. During a storm there was a felled tree that was taken care of quickly. Other property issues are communicated timely and resolved swiftly.

We moved in a few days ago and are thoroughly enjoying our new place. The community is very friendly, and the location is convenient, with everything we need within a few miles. There’s also secured parking, and the maintenance team has been wonderful. Thank you, Renard, for making our move in experience so comfortable. One area where we could see some improvement is the noise level from our upstairs neighbors. Sometimes, it’s outside of quiet hours, but overall, we’re very happy with our new home!

The apartment is nice, the only lacking aspect is the coffee amenity. There are rarely ever any cups to take a coffee to go and today there was no coffee at all. Very disappointing at 5:30am

So easy to complete the leasing process and the folks in the office were kind and prepared for me when I arrived. There is a lot of resident parking as well as EV charging on each floor as well.

I chose this complex due to the demographics of the individuals living here. As a graduate student is nice being around other young professionals and have a community that values putting on community events to help us connect with one another. The amenities are great and the leasing staff is wonderful. The only thing that could be improved is the cellular signal at this complex.

We really enjoyed living here! The Leasing Management and Team was absolutely amazing. Shout out to Kimia and Cheyenne!!! Any issues we had were resolved almost immediately. The Maintenance team came through on all service requests. The team had ongoing events throughout the year like bag charms making, yoga w/ Jane, mat Pilates, and Matcha making, to name a few. Listen, the events alone make it worth it!! The buildings were always clean for the most part. The hallways can get a little dirty but overall it was a quiet, clean, and quaint community. Now, be mindful, the walls and ceilings are very thin. So you hear everything your neighbors are thinking and doing. If someone lives above you…hope that they are light walkers otherwise be prepared to be up until they decide to lay down. For the price of the units, we thought it was worth it…and the events, Leasing and Maintenance teams, and grounds make up for that inconvenience.

It's a gorgeous apartment with lots of amenities, but unfortunately my location is incredibly loud, and I've experienced some unprofessional comments from property management, which both are not acceptable for the price I'm paying to live here.

Great place to live! Staff is polite and attentive. Tenants are respectful. Location is excellent. I have a pool facing view which can get noisy in the summer but overall enjoyable and pleasant.

I love the finishings of the apartment. The staff are amazing. For the apartment to be so big the gym is never full thank goodness. They also throw really nice events for the residents.

I have had an excellent move in experience. Moving from out of state, Renard was extremely respectful of our long drive and the time it would take to get in/acclimate my dog. Everyone has been wonderful in showing me around the property, and the response to maintenance is usually the business day following your request. The community is quiet, residents are respectful, and amenities are amazing.

Poor construction quality but great building staff, good location, major waterproofing issues and the A/C has problems, pretty concerning quality issues for a brand new building.

It has been 8 months our living here. As always the Leasing Office always helpful. I thank the new Manager for quickly addressing my request concerning the Smart Building panel for our apartment. Thank you Mr. JASON The Maintenance crew are courteous and efficient. Events are quite good. The surroundings with trees are calming. The only thing is to ask other residents to be more cautious while in the parking building. Drive safely.

The entire move-in process was a breeze. Mr. Kevin and Mr. Renard were of great help to me. They were very attentive and response during the process of securing my apartment, which made things less stressful. Healthy environment, healthy management team!
Great property! The smart features in the house is a nice luxury. The building amenities are top notch and the residence are like family. Great place to live!
I Love it here at novel west midtown it’s so peaceful and clean. I also love the community activities that we have monthly. I enjoy the gym and jacuzzi/pool area. I have one of the best views from my patio which is the view of the pool area so luxurious.

I truly love living here. The amenities are great, all of my neighbors are friendly, and I feel as though the leasing staff cares (which, coming from someone who has lived in a lot of apartments, is rare!). Also, I love the resident events that are offered. It provides not only things to do but great opportunities to connect with each other. Although I haven't lived here long, I hope to be here for a while!

I have loved living here so far. The people are so nice and the community is amazing! Everyone has been so helpful and I love how dog friendly the community has been. This apartment also has some of the best amenities.
