“ Colonia village at sierra vista “ The worst apartment complex ever do not waste your time or money to rent any of these apartments. They gave me the keys of a dirty apartment and needs a lot of fixing. Never was clean after the last people. The office/ manager trying to keep me quiet by fixing things that needs to be replaced. The apts are pretty nice and trees are beautiful all year long even in winter they give a nice amount of extra privacy and beauty however the Front desk area ppl could be a little more warm and homey and a little less cold and stuffy more welcoming and less what business do you have here maintenace people are really nice and try to be helpful as much as they can super awesome guys

Great property at a nice location. Only complaint I have is how the trash piles up around the dumpster and the apartment complex adjacent to the property.
I have been living here over a year and I do like it its calm an peaceful the only issue I have here is parking places I don't think there is enough parking so sometimes I have to park all the way to the other side of the apartments and its a hassle when I have my kids
My living experience on this property has had its ups and downs over the past 4 years. I?ve had issues with noisy and pot dealing/smoking neighbors that have been dealt with. I?m appreciative of the quick responses from the leasing office and maintenance when I have issues. Every property has there pros and cons. So you can?t please everyone, but it?s pleasing me for the moment.
Love the community, location, floor plan and amenities. Everything's perfect except I have a horrible neighbor who moved in downstairs. He complains about noise from my kids in the middle of the weekend days and calls the police. I am a single mom of a 4 and 5 year old who can be a bit rowdy but we get out of the house a lot and they are NEVER awake past 8:30. My neighbor has been aggressive and threatening even though I was completely apologetic at first. Now he stares at me and my kids mean when we are in the parking lot. I honestly feel very threatened. I've also heard him banging on his door aggressively and loud several times and yelling and cussing at his wife after she opens it for having it locked. I've reported my concerns to the office but there was no follow up. They advised me there's nothing he can do since I'm within city noise ordinance rules but I've told several close friends and family members that if anything ever happens to me to check my neighbor.
I am loving my new spot. I was in a pinch as far as needing a place to stay. My previous living arrangement had gone south and I needed to move immediately. I walked into my new complex at roughly noon on September 8th, 2015 and by 2:00 p.m. I was a new tenant. I previously visited the complex about a week earlier and failed to lock in a lower rent by hesitating. That day(Sept. 8th) there was no hesitation. I was able to apply, be approved, pay the necessary fees and move in all in the same day. Roughly, two weeks later I am still settling in and loving my new spot.
i have lived here going on 3 yrs. apartment staff and management are very good. the apartments are close to a grocery store and a drug store. they are conviently located to many places for eating out.
This is a great complex if you enjoy a quiet, homey feeling. The main office associates are extremely friendly and maintenance is always performed within 24 hours of it being requested. The gates are usually closed at night to keep non-residents out, which helps you feel safe. You're also located within walking distance from Randall's groceries and various other fast food restaurants, as well as an emergency care clinic and CVS. Parking can get quite crowded on the weekends but that's only a minor set back for this nice complex.
