If you like living with big roaches, then this is your dream home. Addressed this issue with management multiple times, and nothing was done to remedy issue. Was advised its because we live on first floor and by water. Had to break lease!!!

The office staff (Katie, Tara, and Breanna - and Barbara, but I don't think she's still there) are wonderful. They are always responsive, seem to genuinely care, and are more than willing to help. The maintenance staff (Sharon) is prompt and gets think taken care of properly. The area is top notch. There are tons of things to do since it is located within maybe a minute of Wiregrass, etc., but it is also somewhat secluded. You really get the best of both worlds. The apartments are very nice as well, which is obviously important. To be fair, my only real critiques are that rental prices in the area are higher than I would like for 1-bedrooms (since I lived alone), but that goes for everywhere in New Tampa/Wesley Chapel. Also, the valet trash service isn't as reliable as it could be. Other than that, I can't find anything I would change. I loved my time there (November 2017-January 2020), and I would be more than happy to live there again. Highly recommended.

Office staff is always great. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to respond. Grounds are keot nice. Only thing I would change would be to have more parking, if you come home after 8 you have to work so far away from your apt.
I love the staff at colonial grand at seven and they always take care of all the issues that you need help with
Very nice set-up for a small one bedroom apartment. Looking forward to getting a two bedroom with a porch in the coming year here. Love the ponds and lit water fountains. The only thing I would like to see improved is the area near the small pond. The ground in some areas is always saturated with too much water in the grass and gad puddles. It is mushy and your feet sink into the ground. When I walk my dog I have to walk around it. Just needs to get filled in with more dirt and grass. The staff here are amazingly sweet and helpful. Anytime I need something repaired, it gets done quickly.
My experience is a good one. The only issue of annoyance is that other residents do not clean up after their dogs

I love living at colonial grand. The staff is outstanding and living here is great. I only have one concern which isn't a colonial grand issue but residents that have dogs continually leave their dog waste outside my lanai I have tried to catch the culprits to no avail. I wish that dog walking could be restricted by the lanais back on falcon court it is a small patch of grass there are plenty of other areas to walk their dogs. Putting a camera back there is another idea. No one should have to sit on their lanai & look at piles of dog waste.

We enjoy living here. Nice community. But very hard to get a hold of management. Never available or dont return calls.
I am very pleased with the amenities provided on property site. Well kept property. Appears safe, well Lighted near door entrance. Office staff are positive, polite, responsive.
The apartment itself is very nice. The only complaint I have is the parking situation at the apartment complex. There are times that there is not a single parking spot near my apartment. I live in one of the back buildings, but have to park all the way at the club house since there is no parking.
Very nice, the employees are great and speedy as it relates to maintenance troubles or questions.
Everything is very good. Only improvement would be that parking is sometimes difficult if you get back after about 9 pm.
It?s a great community to live in, staff are very friendly and always helpful.
Nice apartments in a quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and most of the time quiet.
This complex is great if you have a family and dogs. Amazing staff, fantastic amenities, and great people. Great location right by the interstate and several malls and shopping plazas. Unlike most of the apartments in the area, it has a resort style pool and allows any dog no matter what the size. Prices are very reasonable especially since the area is very nice.
The management really tries to make sure your experience in the complex is great! They do a full walk through before move in and immediately take care of even the smallest details. If there are any problems a renter can contact them in many different ways, including in person and online. The apartments are clean and the complex feels very safe. If you have any problems, just let the office know and it will be taken care of.
Is safe place, in a nice neighbor, they have a really nice walking areas, a nice pool, you can find easy parking. And the people in the clubhouse they are always ready to help you. I will love to change my apartment the two bathrooms for I a 3 bedrooms , but in the same place . At Colonial Grand At Seven Oacks that is a lovely place comfortable quiet and nice. With a really great elementary school near to me for my kids. And they give you a really good transportation.
