Property Ratings at MAA Highland Ridge
The refrigerator they provided stopped working and my food was spoiled. They never offered me any compensation and never took accountability for their poor appliances. I have had four issues with my apartment in two months.

The power goes off to often
Very quiet and friendly atmosphere. Staff is helpful and polite. Love it. here. Been here for two years and plan on staying for two more.
Calm, peaceful, tenants are friendly and safe for my children
Breeze ways are filthy, nobody keep them up.

It's only been a couple months and it has been very great experience
It is pleasant, however, there are no handicap ramps for wheelchair or walking disabled folks. Also, lighting on the exteriors building/apt numbers would be nice. Visitors struggle to see the bulding / apt numbers when visiting at night.
Very satisfied with most areas. A LOT of large dogs, some breeds that aren't allowed in other communities. Some people do not pick up after their dogs. Not enough parking in front of building. Management and maintenance personnel are excellent.
