Pay higher prices for a mediocre building with poor service due to its great location. We've been here 3 months and we still don't have in-unit wifi access. Management has been "coordinating with their complex rep" for over 2 months now and no updates. Moreover the parking garage is always almost full and the spots are tight. Too many exclusive spaces for EV charging. Pros are the location and the community. The neighbors are all kind and respectful.

The location is beautiful, but the leasing office is a nightmare. I had a significant number of roaches. I also had mold growing on my vents which both the leasing office and their third-party provider allegedly certified by the state (Ally TurnKey) repeatedly denied even after I submitted third party reports certified by an accredited lab proving there was mold present on and in the vents blowing all over my bedroom. The mold had health ramifications for me and my roommate. I would not consider living here if you are health conscious or have pets or children.

I lived at Post Harbour Place for 1 year and moved out before my lease ended. The garage situation is bad with very little guest parking and very tight spaces for compact cars. The front office is not very helpful and increased the rent for the final month on the lease. All buildings are very out of date inside the units while containing roaches as well as dog poop left in the hallways.

So many roaches stay away! I will be taking them to court as they find it habitable to live walking into 30 roaches a single night!!!! I have photos and videos and will be reporting them to the city as well as court!

I have lived at the Post for Harbour Island for 2 years and am ready to sign a 3rd. My rent has increased over 20% since I first signed. I always pay my rent on time and am a good tenant (I'm not noisey, I dont' complain, etc.). Since I've lived there my AC has broke 4-5 times, where I had a to call emergency maintenance in the middle of the night (several times) sometimes taking hours before they responded. The entire building has been under construction since I've moved there, redoing hallways (flooring), painting, etc. I have not had one item replaced in my apt, anything repainted, cleaned, etc since I've moved it. However, they still deemed is necessary to increase my rent over 20%. The office staff are very unhelpful, and unresponsive. I plan to move once my next lease is up, unfortunately based on some personal circumstances I can not move at this time. They claimed the pools were heated, which they are not, which I know seems like a weird complaint in FL, however the way the pools are laid out most of the time they are in the shade and the pool becomes too cold to use most of the year. The BBQs are always broken, and the fireplace in their courtyard has not worked once since I've lived there. I've had sugar ants in my kitchen and bathrooms which I have called several times to be taken care and they still are there. I also have a friend who just moved out who had to deal with German Roaches, which is why he moved. Luckily I only have ants :). I work a lot and travel a lot for my job so it's difficult to keep up with maintenance requests, given how they increased my rent you would think they would at least take care of the maintenance request. Given the other choices available on Harbour Island now I would consider long and hard before signing here.

I lived at Post Harbour Place for 1.5 years. The office and maintenance staff were always prompt, friendly and helpful. They maintain the property and the location is great for active people to really enjoy downtown.
My apartment is close to downtown so you can walk to hockey games at the arena or concerts or bars and restaurants. It's a great area to walk your dogs. You can also watch the cruise ships come into port or leave. There's also people doing activities on the water like rowing or paddle boarding.
