My friend lives here and I love it! Her 1 bedroom apartment is super spacious I really like the large screened in patios and the pool table in the club house. I’ve toured/ been to so many properties in this area and this by far my favorite. Everyone in the front office was super helpful too which was a big relief- apartment searching is hard enough but with a helpful staff it made it feel a lot easier. I worked with a girl named Hannah, she was sure to show me all the available options and what she thought would better suit my needs. I am planning to move in once my lease is up!!! If you’re apartment searching- don’t miss out on an opportunity to be a resident at colonial grand at commerce park, great place.

I am new to the community and I will say this is an amazing place to live. First let’s start with the office staff who is always helpful and understanding. Heather and Josh are amazing. I did a tour before moving in and the unit was so clean inside and out. I loved it. I even drove around the area at night to see how it is at night and despite the heavy parking it looked quiet with no one hanging around outdoors etc. The smart home feature sold me. Once I moved in and invited guests they’ve walked through my apartment and love it. I brag on my cozy, comfortable apt all the time.

we're loving our new home so far. the location is great and the apartment itself is perfect. we knew this would be our home right away. the only downside on our side of the building is that we don't have as many parking spots as most of the property does, but that's really it. this place is home. its spacious and comfortable. plus, we heather has been great working with us.

I love it here. We’ve been here 2 years and counting. The staff is incredible, the property is well kept, private garage space for parking or storage and the amenities are top of the line. I’m never leaving!!

The staff are wonderfully helpful and I love the open plan layout, it's great for entertaining, I wish there was a bit more parking space

I love it
Everything is really great! The only complaint is the renters in apartment above me is very loud. They let the children run up and down stair, scream jump up and down on floor, bed ect. Sometimes I think they might come through the floor. It goes on for late afternoon until 11pm sometimes even 1am.

Worst parking ever. Living here I like parking is rough
Good...my only criticism is that I would like to have security cameras in the parking lots
I love living here. The property is easily accessible to shopping,houses of worship, the interstate and major roadways. It is also very quiet and well maintained. The maintenance staff is well-qualified and experienced. Management is very easy responsive and make every attempt to ensure an enjoyable living experience.

Staff is really nice but they forgot to mention that 3 days after I moved in, there would be non stop, monday through sunday, construction on a new complex right behind my building. Very uncool.

It?s great if you have a job where you work day hours but if you don?t and live in the 900 building there is been construction going on since a few months of moving in. And now for the past few months a neighbor got a puppy that they just leave on the balcony that starts barking around 9 and doesn?t stop till they get home and finally let it in.
The building itself is nice and updated, but parking is a nightmare. I didn't think it would be a big deal, but I can never leave in the morning until I call security to have them tow a car. People park against curbs instead of parking in a parking space a bit further from their unit and the staff do nothing about it. When I complain, they said they "feel bad" and don't want to address it with the owners. I'm therefore left with 4-5 cars parked where ever they feel like it. They also charge $50 for basic cable, which is a rip off because you end up paying double through the cable company. Spectrum is terrible and they still charge you for cable, even though it is being paid through the complex. It is a complete waste of money. The complex is on a SUPER busy road that makes it nearly impossible to turn out of. You can barely cross the street without waiting forever.

The parking here is terrible. However, rental rates are reasonably priced.
I recently moved to Colonial Grand and it was the best decision I have EVER made. The staff in the office were very helpful with explaining everything and made the process of moving as easy as possible. The pool was just resurfaced and looks amazing and the water is always the prefect temperature on a HOT southern summer day. I would recommend anyone to live here and I have no doubt that they will love it as much as I do.
Over priced, old appliances, no parking, maintenance is quick, trash isnt picked up enough. No playgroud, car wash, or business center. Staff is friendly.
They are Nice size apartment, if anything ever brakes mantince is right on top of it. Quit area and nice people around !
The Colonial Grand is an amazing apartment but the rent is too high for something that isn't worth it. Amenities are not up to participate for the price and mandatory Cable which is highly unfavorable brings the rating of thi's location a 3/5
Like my twin grand-boys say, "Bye Felicia!" This apartment building is a MEGASTAR! When Boeing Aerospace relocated us to this area, we had very little time to find something that felt like a house. Coming from a life-long residence in Jimmy Carter country, we were apprehensive about apartment living. During the realtor's tour, my wife and I were separately ranking our top three choices. When we returned to our Embassy suite, we fell on the bed completely overwhelmed by apartment brain freeze. A few hours later, following a shower and a meal, we revealed our choices. We both had Colonial Grand at Commerce Park as our number one. We both noted the pleasant and inviting attitude of the office personnel during the tour. We noted the home-like feel and look of the building and apartment layout. We both noted the proximity to everywhere in minutes. A year later, we still live, love and flourish at Colonial Grand at Commerce Park.
I've been living here for about a month now and i can honestly say i dont have any complaints. The apt is what I expected and i feel that is worth the money that you pay.
