Separated from Eugene and the University of Oregon by the Willamette River and I-5, Springfield is a terrific city with wooded neighborhoods, mountain views, amazing outdoor adventures -- and yes, it is that Springfield. Matt Groening is an Oregon native, after all, and he based his fictional town of "Springfield" in the animated Simpsons series after Springfield, Oregon. The city even offers an unofficial Simpsons tour of Springfield, and some of the similarities are uncanny. For example, there really is a stylized horse statue at the entrance to the city, and Max's Tavern is claimed to have inspired the show's Moe's Tavern -- it is eerily similar. Max's opened in 1932, and it is rumored that Groening spent his college years in the tavern, sketching.
And while you won't be able to head out of your Springfield apartment to enjoy a Duff's beer, you will find a Moe's Tavern, and the city is known for its craft beer. It is also known for its outdoor adventures.

I regret to say that my experience at this apartment complex has been overwhelmingly negative. Upon moving in, I was met with a myriad of issues including water damage, missing and damaged amenities, and a disturbing number of German cockroaches. Maintenance problems plagued our unit, with multiple toilet floods, a broken shower rendering it unusable for weeks upon moving in which CONTINUED to have issues throughout the year, and ongoing issues with appliances such as a noisy refrigerator. The laundry facilities were consistently dysfunctional, and parts of the complex are visibly deteriorating with makeshift fixes like wooden blocks propping up damaged structures. Additionally, the building management's availability is unpredictable, and communication is lacking. Even basic services like parcel delivery are mishandled, with unclear labeling causing unnecessary frustration. Considering the exorbitant cost of living here, I cannot in good conscience recommend this complex to anyone.

After 6 years of staying at this apartment I'm happy to say this is a great community to live in. The apartments are spacious. The area is very kid and pet friendly. It feels like a safe, friendly place to live.

What I really like about our little community is how respectful everyone is to one one another. It's a great place to live I really like our assigned parking that away there is no fighting whatsoever about who gets to park where and I love how friendly people are I love that there is a playground and an area for me to be able to walk my dog and for my dog to be able to meet other animals

Great place to live. Nice people in the community so it's easy to make friends here, or just stay to yourself if that's what you like. Fairly trusting neighborhood, no issues with theft or vandalism which makes you feel very safe. Safe community for children, there are lots of families with little ones here. Apartments are located in a nice quiet and somewhat private cul-de-sac that mostly only residents use, this keeps away the noise and traffic of the rest of the town making it feel like a private little neighborhood away from the commotion of town even though you're right in the middle of all the conveniences.

Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors and staff. Maintenance does a good job of helping us out and being there for us when we need him. We love animals so the cats walking around the property are definitely a plus for us:)

Great views. Nice amenities like a well-kept pool and a small community park great for picnics or keeping the kids busy. Spacious well-kept apartments with the freedom to decorate how you want and be yourself. Decent little patios with enough space for an outdoor chair and some potted plants if you like to garden.

Beautiful property. I enjoy living here, have been here a number of years. Love the updates we have recently been offered. It would be nice to be able to use the Community Room .
This place is so worth it. Location, community, and it is quiet. I also appreciate the team here they have been actively welcoming and helpful as we move.
Great place to live. Safe, clean, family friendly. Caring and helpful staff and maintenance. Conveniently centered near most shopping locations and medical offices.
I like it here. It’s quiet and close to work. I don’t have a vehicle so it is very nice that it’s in the middle of town where stores and everything is fairly close.
Love the apartment. Have had a few minor maintenance issues and has taken time to get a response. Have noticed certain apartments with what can only be described as sketchy foot traffic, and certainly narcotic related. Uneasy with amount of people in dumpsters digging thru them. Enjoying most of my neighbors
