I have had ants and a gnat infestation starting from the second week I moved in, five months now dealing with it. I was told that I must have brought the ants in on my new sofa. It is new construction, when it rains the ants come in. The pool and health club are five star, but I have to give a 1 star because of all the issues. This is all very distracting and stressful because I work at home.

I appreciate the tranquility. I seldom hear from my neighbors. The individuals I encounter during my dog-walking activities are always welcoming. The staff responded promptly and efficiently to my minor concerns. Naturally, nothing is flawless. However, this establishment is quite near perfection. I am grateful to the office staff and maintenance team. Everyone has been exceptional thus far. And my view from the balcony is what I cherish most. It's a story of a happy ending.
