Property Ratings at Lymestone Ranch
have had issues since day one. They will close out work orders and never show up to do the repairs. Had a leak in the tub that by the time they fixed it there was black mold in our bathroom. I had to supply fans to dry out the area after they fixed it. The paint in the bath tubs are peeling. Had no lights in our kitchen for almost a month. Multiple leaks under multiple sinks. Dryer which we pay extra for has been broke for almost 3 weeks and still not fixed. Office will not respond to emails or calls have to go to the office in person to geta response which is we will get to it. Other than that its ok

We love how small the complex is. Can't hear beach traffic. We know everyone here and the entire team treats us like family. We had minor issues pop up over the years but they always resolve them in a timely matter. So no complaints on our end. Great community feeling cause everyone says hello!
First off, I want to say that I have been living here for a while and I am completely and utterly disappointed about the property. Overall it is a pretty quite apartment complex except for the fact that the people surrounding me are always loud and yelling and random cars will come through blasting music. There is also people that smoke constantly and the smoke travels through the vents and into my apartment! There is no hot tub like shown in the pictures. There are several cockroaches crawling around when the people are supposed to come and spray every month (they DON'T)! The people who own this property don't allow you to poke anything through the walls so that means NO CURTAINS for privacy, because the blinds in the living room will find a way to come off sometime between 1-2 months. People leave their dog poop everywhere. In your buildings before you enter your apartment, they are dirty 24/7. Lastly, the paint in the bathroom will start bubbling after taking a shower in the there only so many times. Sadly my family has not been able to move because of financial situations and the fact that they raise the price every time you renew the lease. So, if your family is very clean, I would NOT recommend living here. But, if your family doesn't really care about the several reason above, then I say go for it!

This complex is fabulous now that Enzo is the property manager. It is absolutely amazing how much one person can change the look and feel. The staff was always courteous but they have upped their game in terms of professionalism and customer service. The overall property is cleaner and the tenor of the parking lot and residents has improved.

I've been living here since 2013. I have moved out then came right back. I have to say this is the best apartment to live in. The maintenance staff where to begin with them, within minutes of putting in a service request they are right on it and get the job done and get it done right. Bill is definitely the MVP. The office staff, they are very understanding and work with you on every situation you bring to them. Kim is the MVP! Jackie just started with us not to long ago and she is a total sweetheart. The only downfall to the apartment complex is parking. Whenever a problem comes about such as noise or not getting a long with your neighbors they resolve the issue. Overall a good complex, staff friendly and helpful.. Management company though removed hot tub! So no more hot tub here... Just given notice one day that it'll be gone! Period! Shame... Was one of the reasons I came here...
