As a resident, I can confidently say that living here has been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attention to detail in both the apartment interiors and the entire complex. It's very clean and well-maintained; all the different spaces smell great and are kept in excellent condition. There’s really nothing to complain about. I love how close it is to the Riverfront—it's easy to get to and within walking distance. We have a Golden Retriever, and the complex is very pet-friendly with a grassy area and a little dog park. Because it’s so close to the Riverfront, it’s incredibly convenient to take our dog on walks by the water. The management team is also amazing and incredibly friendly, always approachable and responsive to any questions or concerns I might have.

It truly feels like a luxury lifestyle apartment! Everything is modern, new and up to date. Any problems (if at all) get resolved quickly and kindly! Maintenance is always around keeping the grounds clean. Very dog friendly! Sarah and Tim host a few events a month to gather and socialize with other residents. My favorite feature is the quick walk over to the riverfront! I’ve always wanted to live by a riverfront and this definitely satisfies that, without the crowds and chaos of living right on the river.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Luxor since November. The move in was super smooth and it’s been great ever since! Great tenants and great workers! They offer a ton of events and opportunities that other complexes don’t - they also share great info I wouldn’t have known about in Wilmington otherwise!

I had an awful experience at another apartment here and town and last second had to find somewhere to move in. When I found this place I walked right in and was greeted by the leasing manager, Sarah. She was BEYOND helpful and this is so rare to say, but management here is a dream. They are super responsive, nice, and genuinely care about their residents. The property itself is really nice as well. All the residents are super friendly. The building is quiet. And also has an amazing gym, yoga studio, offices, and more. The apartment building is well maintained, clean, and just feels like home. I can’t recommend this place enough.
