Great maintenance service. Accurate assessment of the issue. The maintenance staff initial inspection informed me that need to reschedule to shutdown the water in the whole building to replace the faucet.

Overall good apartment for the price with a in-unit wash/dryer.. maintenance concern was addressed immediately..

The office staff made me feel content and confident during this process. I'm satisfied with the services, and I put faith in their management abilities.

My son and I have lived in a two-bedroom apartment at Monticello for nearly 10 years. The location is good. The building is within a comfortable walking distance from downtown Fargo. There are a grocery store, a gas station/convenience store, 2 restaurants, a city bus stop and a laundromat all just across the street. Maintenance at this 3-story apartment building is excellent. Cleaning of common areas is good. Two bedroom and 1-bedroom apartments are available. I believe garages are available with each apartment. Card-operated washer and dryer laundries are located on all three floors. Sewer and water are included in the rent, but electricity (including heat) is paid by the tenant.

The management is poor and they have not still put curtains after 10 days of move in date. They also havenlt responded well to my comments.

Morningside has been such an amazing place to live. They have worked with me so much with so many different things. Making it so much easier. I recommend them highly.

This building is so nice, quiet and clean. The units size is large and has storage. It’s close to NDSU, elementary, middle, and high schools. It’s also close to family fair store. The neighborhood is safe and quiet too. I strongly recommend it. Also, each unit has in-unit laundry. The most thing that I liked is the balcony, it has so nice view while the trees around give you a privacy. It’s an amazing place to live.

Nice and clean apartments. Good size for a studio. Cute and cozy.

I am a graduate student who doesn't need much in an apartment. Cityside is affordable, lets me have my cat, and management seems to be invested in maintaining the building. Very spacious too. I could fit everything I own in the closets if I wanted to.

The building is close to the river, a disc golf course and local garden co-op that's enjoyable. It's near enough to downtown but also far enough away.

The management was wonderful plus the staff, the neighbors have been all very friendly as well, and the moving in process was fast and simple

It's very quiet and everyone is friendly and most of all we looks out for each others

The apartments are really good with nice amenities, very professional management with the fast response time.

Luxford Court has a great new parking area, great priced apartments, and lovely staff. Any issues I have come across they have been happy to help me. So far my experience has been better than a lot of other places in Fargo, ND.

Great place to live for the price, but you will be in charge of all of your own maintenance.

My son and I have lived in this unit at Monticello for 8-1/2 years. We like it here very much and have had few complaints over the years, most about a neighbor's stereo (bass setting much to high sometimes). We really liked the modernization completed a few years ago--totally unexpected. We got new kitchen cabinets and flooring, and new cabinets and flooring, tub and commode in bathroom. Also new lighting in both areas. We have made a few maintenance calls over the years and have always been happy with the good service. A winter or two ago the snow removal service was a bit slack, but that was the year we got hit early with big snow and it never seemed to let up that winter. Oh, and I have gotten acquainted with a few of the neighbors in the 17 other units. Good people, all--though I am not WELL acquainted with any.

Love the fun atmosphere of contests and giveaways. Neighbors and office staff are friendly. Neighbors are quiet. Close knit community.

0/10 - Would not recommend. They do not fix anything unless you call them every day for at least a week.

Crown Court 2 is a great place to live. The units are in very good condition. My favorite part is the floor plan, it makes the apartment so spacious.

Living at Citiside is wonderful. It is close by to a bike trail and park, nearby downtown restaurants and shops, and it is not far from the the civic center and the bus station. The library is also very close for any one interested in checking out books!

The apartments have an interesting layout, and the laundry machines are nice.

Responsive and friendly staff during the quarantine that made it easy to find the apartment I was looking for.

I love living here, rent is very reasonable, they have updated my unit and it is amazing, great walk-in closet space for a efficency. It's walking distance to downtown & also only a 5 min drive to NDSU campus. The management staff is so friendly & I love that the office is so close so I can just have my packages sent there and know they will be safe for when I pick them up.

Overall, it was a pleasant process of getting approved and eventually moving in. The staff were professional and handled any concerns I had quickly. Cityside so far has been a nice place to live and Goldmark has done an excellent job to begin to make it seem like home.

It's pretty alright, other than the noisy neighbors.

I have only lived here a short time but the management was very helpful in my apartment finding process and were very kind throughout the process.

This apartment is within walking distance to downtown Fargo and I am in a newly renovated unit so it is great!

Excellent treatment and friendliness. Moving in was extremely easy and the unit was in great condition. It was inspected thoroughly prior to and upon moving in.

Goldmark isnt as bad as people make them out to be. Ive never had any problem with goldmark management and they are always willing to help me out with anything. I have had problems with my neighbors in the past and whenever I do I always communicate with the office and they solve the problem quickly. I keep in contact with the office just about anything regarding whats going on around the building and theyre great at taking my complaints all the time. Thanks everyone!

Nice comfortable and affordable apartments in good location..

This is a good place for the price. Not far from the college and close to downtown fun.

I like how the stuff deal with the residents, they are respectful and always like to help. Also, the maintainance service is pretty good.

The leasing specialists were incredibly helpful in finding me an apartment. This is my second time renting through them and I feel comfortable with my decision. I like the building and location. The leasing specialist displayed a genuine interest in helping me, he was super understanding. And the initial promptness upon inquiry was especially valuable. I'm super happy they were able to find me an apartment with a window facing East! Overlooking pretty trees and seeing the sunrise was a really important factor in my apartment search! The leasing specialist was very patient with me, he answered all my questions thoroughly and I'm super thankful I wasn't pressured into signing. It's really cool that I was given the time I needed to view and actually reflect on multiple showings instead of making an immediate decision. Overall, it was a positive experience!

Overall good apartment for college students. But the rate is too high for college students and the apartment wouldn't be comfortable for families or professionals who could afford it.
