Luxe Belle | Student Housing

This place is the worst. Management is TERRIBLE. Packages get stolen. They charge you for every little thing and don’t inform you of it. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

My daughter was conducting a search of apartments in the OSU area and looked at Luxe Belle and others. She was told to apply for a lease to begin the process and after reviewing the facilities, we decided to go in a different direction. I got a letter from a debt collector today that we owe $250 just to apply! And not one call or email since May to say this debt was owed. This is an incredibly deceitful way to run a business and I would strongly encourage other parents to look elsewhere or if forced to go to Luxe Belle, get this fee waived. It was done as a part of their process, no lease was ever signed, and now we owe $250 and her credit rating is at risk due to their poor process and management. Beware.....

Luxe Belle, in my opinion, is the best place to live for an OSU student by far. The building is right on high street and it is also really really close to south campus, it was a 10 min walk from my apartment door to the door of my classroom. The apartments/units are really really nice. The facilities/amenities in the building are very good, the gym is pretty well equipped. The sundeck and the clubhouse are just amazing. The manager, Kelsey, was always really helpful and responsive. Overall, I had a great experience all around, would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place close to campus.

Luxe Belle is a great place to live, I knew from the minute I had my tour that it was a great atmosphere! Whether it was the super friendly and approachable staff, or just the apartments themselves (they're beautiful). The apartments are located in a prime spot, especially if you're a student at OSU. In addition to that, it's close to all of the amenities and night life that High St. has to offer (which in my opinion is the best part of Columbus). They put on resident events every month, which gives you a great chance to socialize with the other residents. The staff is always willing to answer any of your questions with a smile on their face, which is really nice to have. Luxe Belle is really the best place to live ! :)

I needed something close to campus, and I was not expecting such excellent living arrangements. Even though the search for apartments was a last minute thing, we were taken care of quickly. Not only are the apartments themselves great, but the management also makes you feel like you're at home. We stopped looking after we found this place.

The Luxe Belle is a fantastic place to live if you are looking to live near the OSU campus or even downtown Columbus. The employees at the front desk helpful, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions that you have about the apartment complex. With all the amenities and great people, I believe there is no better place to live!

Luxe Belle is the perfect place to live if you are wanting to be close to OSU campus without the college feel. The staff try really hard to remember your name (and your dog's name), resident events that they put on are SO much fun, and other residents are so friendly! They are really great about communicating if I have questions or a maintenance request, the club house inside the apartment complex is the best place to study or hang out and read a book, and you can tell the staff tries really hard to maintain the cleanliness of common spaces. I would highly recommend this place because I absolutely love living here!
