I love staying at Luminary. My favorite feature is the concierges. My second favorite feature is the floor-to-ceiling windows in two rooms of the apartment. I feel very much at home in our apartment. I also love the chance to play Skee-Ball occasionally!

Very clean. Sometimes smoke smells through the hallways. The agent in the front desk at night sometimes to rude. Made me to find the package by myself in that large amount of packages.

It was love at first sight! I toured 6 apartment complexes built by different developers. The Luminary was the first tour I took and this gorgeous building spoiled it for all of the other ones; none of them could hold a candle to this place. The beautiful design is cohesive throughout the building from the lobby, to the community spaces and the apartment I ultimately chose with a gorgeous view thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. My leasing agent, Jamie, was friendly, kind and walked me through every step of the process. She even went the extra mile when we hit a speed bump with reserving the loading dock. Over the moon happy that I chose to live here!

The building is so beautiful, with a wonderful view of the harbor and kind staff. The only downside is that some neighbors leave their trash in the hallway outside of the valet trash hours. This makes the hallway look unclean and sometimes causes a bad smell.(especially over the weekends.

Nice place, super friendly staff. My home in Baltimore. The layout is spacious, with ample natural light that creates a cozy atmosphere throughout. Pretty apartment and nice property agents! I started my journey at Luminary at One Light a few days ago. Although the move-in day is my first time be here, I still got a big warm welcome and it's feeling like a home.

My experience so far has been very delightful. There are so many amenities at the building that is hard to describe. My favorite place is the business center, where I can study and work without worries and enjoying Baltimore's skyline sight.

I will not be resigning. The building is not cleaned well, amenities are often being closed off, there is no communication with residents when there’s a problem and staff often ignores complaints regarding issues in the building

Move-in was great, everything went very smoothly, especially because the staff in the leasing office and concierge desk are awesome. They always are super friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs and exceed our expectations. If I was running a company, this is exactly how I'd want my employees to conduct themselves in the workplace. However, we've experienced several issues, particularly with appliances, that required maintenance. One issue in particular required repeat visits, which was frustrating as we'd expect thing like this to be addressed prior to move in.
