Lumen Luxury Apartments

Had a package delivered to the leasing office so that it wasn’t sitting out in the open as it was valuable. After confirming that it wouldn’t be a problem, the leasing manager “shooed” away the delivery driver saying that this wasn’t allowed. When she was asked about what happened she said “we don’t do that here, I don’t know who told you that was okay but it wasn’t me”. Even if it’s not okay, there should have been an attempt to reconcile the situation with a phone call but there was not a single word said. Don’t spend your hard earned money here where the management doesn’t share its tenants best interests.

For nearly 3 months, my AC consistently stops working. Management ignores my emails and calls provides zero solutions and when they fix it, it doesn’t last more than two weeks.

I am very happy to have decided to live in this property, the attention of the staff is very good, what I love most is the space on the property for our dogs

Cameron has been beyond helpful in helping us find our perfect home and getting us settled! It is beautiful here with all of the clean and resort like amenities. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a lot of friendly people and dogs! The staff is sweet and so helpful. Our apartment is stunning and spacious. I absolutely love it here! We’ve been living here for a little over 3 years and we absolutely love it here!! Kaitlyn and Tina are so accommodating and so so nice. John, our favorite maintenance man, makes sure all our requests are taken care of immediately. 10/10 recommend living here.

The Robert is a beautiful property with a fantastic layout. The office staff is really kind and helpful! Would recommend moving here!

Hello! I’ve been at the Robert for almost two years now and I can say I really enjoyed my time here. The maintenance staff is always available and super friendly. The front desk worker Kaitlyn is always on point and one of the nicest people I’ve met. Tina & the other managers have always worked with me and my situation and I couldn’t thank them enough. So happy I decided to pick this place two years ago.

DON’T MOVE HERE!!! I loved my apartment, but that’s it. Used the gym on occasion but, for the most part, cheap equipment. The property manager acts nice, but it’s a façade…unless you need pest control. She doesn’t care about the property, the tenants, or any issue raised. Basic requests, like having dead bugs and cobwebs swept out of the hallways is like asking her to create a fountain of chocolate pouring from the sky instead of rain. An entire year of requests and complaints and the majority were flat out ignored. There are some nice people who live, or should I say lived, there but a ton more that let their dogs poop on the sidewalks, in driveways, the grass, etc. and don’t pick it up. It’s absolutely everywhere. Sometimes it’s even in your building along with dog urine on the walls and floors. Maintenance doesn’t address anything because they only enter for problems. Litter of all sorts - condom wrappers, candy wrappers, fast food bags, etc. Most trash is outside, but some in the halls. Vape or smoke? That’s a 7-day eviction notice. Have flowing white drapes, Christmas lights, or chimes on a balcony? Fire hazard. We were notified last year they had to be removed by 2/28/22 - they were there until October or November. Ridiculous. There were rate hikes, big ones, the day after RAS (new mgmt.) took over. And now items that used to be included are mandatory add-ons and you pay. I moved out along with several others in my building because of the disgusting conditions and because they raised rent again. You’d think you were moving into a mansion. Definitely are not. Oh, the heated pool ISN’T HEATED and it’s dirty. There’s slime on the interior ledge and there’s always dirt and bugs in it. Ask to tour a building that the model isn’t in and you’ll see the slovenly conditions. Watch out for the fees they don’t tell you about or post. If you put a mattress, bed frame or any large item by the dumpster you’ll get hit with a $100 deduction from your deposit. That not in the lease or posted anywhere. Positive? A kind, young woman is in the office but when the other one there sometimes? Watch out, every emotion shows on her face and she may even tell you how to live life. Many new people have moved in and it’s evident they aren’t being selective. But, I guess when you need to fill lots of empty units because so many people are leaving that’s what happens. If you move there, don’t say you weren’t warned.

I moved to The Robert this month as a new resident and was pleased with how smooth and professional the move in process was. My new apartment was clean upon moving in and all appliances were working with no issues. Kaitlyn and Tina were helpful and walked me through everything with kindness! Looking forward to making this my new home!

Apparently my old review must have gotten deleted since I can't find it but this place is absolutely ridiculous. Dirty, the dog park is constantly full of mud during the rainy season, people take up parking spots right in front of the building for LITERAL MONTHS without moving (Looking at you blue motorcycle and gold Cadillac with the flat tire), and they just charged me to replace the (extremely cheap) carpet due to "Pet damage" after I only lived there a year (with only a 20 pound dog) and the most that needed to be done was cleaning. I am absolutely livid with this place and I don't recommend it to anyone. The ONLY saving grace for this place is the people. Tina and the office staff are usually very nice and understanding and the other tenants are (mostly) good people. The business side of this place though? Shady as heck. The buildings are cheaply built, things fall apart less than a year after they are built, the dog park has a stupid design, and they don't hesitate to charge you for every little inconvenience. Don't rent here, find a duplex somewhere for cheaper and thank me later. This place is a quick money grab and will be run down as hell in another years time unless something serious changes. Don't even get me started on the water leak in 3810 that they still haven't addressed even though it says that I (as a single man) used 4000 GALLONS of water in the month of November. My average before that was only 1000 gallons a month. I took extremely good care of this place and I'm disappointed to see that the only thing I'm thanked with is being charged out the rear for stupid things and given the silent treatment when I try to bring it up

We enjoy living here at the Robert Apartments. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to help with issues related to our apartment. We enjoy the amenities and the neighbors that we have met have been friendly and nice. We also love that the Robert Apartments are very dog friendly. I walk our dog all the time around the complex and surrounding area and feel safe. We love that there is a little fenced area where the dogs can come together and play. I do feel safe in our complex. When there were some issues, the staff were quick to communicate and assure that the situations were handled properly. The Robert Apartments are a blessing to our family, and hopefully they will be a blessing for yours as well.

The split floor plan works out perfectly for our multi-generational living. The amenities are awesome. The office staff members are very friendly and are easily accessible.

Tina, Kaitlyn, Carolina, John and Roberto are amazing. Great attention to detail. Great to deal with. Friendly accommodating (when was the last time you could say that about apartment staff?) Great amenities (awesome pool, gym, game room, coffee bar), location, price and neighbors! They have trash concierge service! Night guard (not that I think it’s needed) and is just a great neighborhood. I ride to linear park north couple times a week! Very close, trailhead park is within walking distance! Great place to live, great staff. I recommend without hesitation.

Everything is Excellent, but not the price. Since they changed the ownership, They Bumped up all the prices on the apartments too high compared with other luxury places. Raised prices even for Car Garages, rent, etc. You have to pay for trash services, even if You don't use the service. The GOODS? . . . place is clean, quiet, Maintenance team are good. The neighborhood watching for any criminal activities and report it to Police Department. The BADS? The Price, I seen couple neighbors moving out, because the price. Another bad is when your upper neighbors walk with the heels (with no consideration) you can hear everything. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the price. Almost a year living in here I can't complain at all, but the price got me as a surprise!!

Wonderful experience living here! Clean, safe, well maintained and well managed! Highly recommend The Robert. Amenities are great, dog friendly and even have a dog park for dogs to run. They provide poop stations all throughout the complex. Apartments are beautiful and FPL bill is low.
