Horrible Business

Lullwater at Bass Road failed to appear for a final walk through of our move out and neglected to correspond with us about said move out in July of 2020. With written record and photographic record of our move out, at the end of August of 2020, almost 2 months after vacating the premises(when they expected us to pay within 60 days of vacating the premises), we received a bill from them for over $400 worth of "damage to the apartment," when we had already paid a security deposit and there were no damages to the apartment, which we have proof in pictures. In August of 2020 and September of 2020, our correspondence asking questions about these charges went with delayed response, until eventually no response was returned (we still have record of this lack of communication). We are now being charged by debt collectors with no communication from Lullwater at Bass since September of 2020. This is all after maintenance issues (broken toilet, non-working garbage disposal, hot water heater broken, simple air filters not replaced, and lack of communication regarding payments received), some being unresolved for 3 months, and after my car was stolen from the property, and management withholding security footage from the police for 4 days after the incident. Also, the initial charges for the “damage to the apartment” were for more than what we are now being charged by the debt collectors. If there was an adjustment to the amount we owed, why did we not receive a bill or communication regarding the updated amount from Lullwater at Bass, before we received contact from the debt collector? For pet odor claims that are being made against us, since we were not granted a walk through upon vacating the premises, and not receiving the bill until August, two months after we moved out, with the air being off and the apartment being closed up in the month of June and July and potentially August heat, and past unprofessional comments made to me by the apartment manager, I am not convinced that these claims are not in an effort to get back at me with my prior expressed frustrations with lack of communication from the apartment complex. With the lack of communication and resolution on Lullwater at Bass' part in our correspondence, false claims, and thus now potential negligence in not communicating with us as they said they would, changing charges, and now with this potentially affecting my credit and my husband's credit, I would NOT recommend this apartment complex.

WORST APTS EVER!

I would not live here for many reasons. 1) When I was trying to sign my lease. I was told by the leasing office that i would get 1st floor and they showed me a 1st-floor apartment. But instead, I ended up getting the basement apartment. 2)Walls very poorly insulated and you can hear people above you talking and laughing. You can also hear the toilet being flushed and hear the shower running as well from other apartment. 2)Right before moving out, we had a rat/mouse issue to which after hours is not considered an emergency. They placed traps once and caught one. No expert was called to resolve this issue. Per office, maintenance was told to place more traps. I am currently pregnant to have a live rodent where you cook food it just unhygienic and unsafe.

Terrible Experience

Will not be resigning another lease at this place. I am so glad I got a short term lease. In fact, I will be avoiding any property that this company manages. I truly believe the other reviewer about them being charged for every little thing. They will nickel and dime you for every penny. Now I truly understand what the other reviewers were talking about with the management here. I shifted our move-in date one day because I could not move for personal reasons and our electric account was forgotten about (of course, one of a million things that could have been easily forgotten during a move!). So, my electric account was billed for electricity used before our official move-in date - electricity that the apartment used - not me. At the time, I thought this is something that can easily be refunded (even the utility company told me this). Well, not so much - they refused to refund this, and ultimately the utility company refused to refund me. They have lost a rental lease resigning over a few dollars. I will not give my money to them after this day - just ridiculous. I advise others to be mindful of this. Beautiful place, bad management.

Horrific Apartment Showing

The apartment smelled horrible during my showing -tour. First impressions are everything. Run!

Horrible customer service that won't return your calls.

Extremely rude staff that does not care for potential renters and a property management company that seems to feel there is no issue with that.

Lullwater at Bass... a home away from home!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lullwater, the staff and the property are top notch yet affordable. I will really miss the apartment community and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home because it has everything you need and could ever want all within arm's reach.

Lullwater at Bass

"Here" is a beautiful space with tranquility and security. The natural surroundings and the cultivated grounds combined with quiet and efficient living space has made this my favorite place I have ever lived (in four states). Coming home from work to this place is a retreat from the busy commercialism and capitalism of the daily grind and, for a few hours each evening and all weekend, we retreat to a "home" of pure being.
