Property Ratings at Los Arcos Apartments
I lived here for awhile and there is so much shady stuff that goes on in these apartments. The management is horrible. This is never a good place to move your family in especially if you have kids, that amount of drugs that lingers in the apartment and randoms who have drugs go in and out the apartment is crazy. As well as hiding drugs in there whenever they want to not get caught by the police. The place looks nice however don't let that fool you.
there's no way to speak to a manager or anyone I kept on calling leaving voicemails & nothing! I guess they don't want business
This is a great family place to live. Although this place only offers studios and 1 bedrooms, monthly rent cannot be beat for the area and the size. Great walking distance to schools and very close to freeways, restaurants and shopping areas. This apartment allows barbecues, pets, has a grass area and offers a nice big pool area with tables, chairs and an umbrella. It's nice that the maintenance lives on site so he is pretty much available 24-7 which is very convenient.
