Property Ratings at Longshore Commons
The apartments themselves are great. Great floor plans and finishing touches. The staff generally is very sweet and do an amazing job at being as helpful as they can. They are also creative with community activities that allow residents to mingle. The worst part about the complex is maintenance. They do not do what they should and you have to put in work orders several times. Also, at first glance the complex is beautiful until you walk through buildings and there is trash everywhere due to a horrible trash contracting company and maintenance refusing to clean up even after residents request it and bring it to the front office's attention.

Latitude at Godley Station is a great place to live! ALL of the ENTIRE staff is AMAZING (office and maintenance staff)! I would highly recommend this community!
Management does not keep up with the word and they do not HONOR the word given by their employees. I wanted to transfer my apartment in the same community which the management committed to me. I paid the deposit, locked in the rate, and also agreed to paid overlapping rate which is double rent. On the date of move in I received a call from the management and being told you cannot move in till the lease of previous apartment get expired. For which I am already paying extra rent. Suddenly the person who locked in the rate for me has gone. Now I have to search new apartment and move in a week. Also I have to cancel all my bookings which I made for the Christmas week due to early moving.

The staff at The Latitude at Godley Station are very nice and proactive. They aim to please their residents and work hard to make sure that our needs are met. Personally they have been the most supportive and understanding and have gone out of their way to accommodate me and my familys needs.
I did my application online and the staff was great at moving my things in. They communicated with me constantly and Ms Kierstin knew my situation and she was kind and patient and help me with all the process
I thoroughly have enjoyed living here. The pandemic has been an added challenge but having been sheltered in place in such a nice apartment has made the experience less stressful.
Latitude is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing amenities
Latitude at Godley Station is located in a very nice area, with a lot to do. The apartments are nice and well maintained. The staff is also great. Its a nice place to live.
When my husband and I decided to moved to Savannah I was sent down for a weekend to find a place to live... I went to several apartments and none of them were what I was looking for until I came to latitude. Right away I was greeted by Taylor and Kirsten with great big smiles and super friendly attitudes, the complex had everything I wanted including a great price. I had to due everything back from Ma so I was constantly emailing and calling Kirsten and she was always happy to help, never once did I get the impression I was a bother to her. On move in day after a 16hr drive non stop, the team helped us move in without a problem allowing my husband to start moving in before I got there to sign the rest of the paperwork, and when we needed maintenance to come both Alex’s are super helpful and friendly. Alex(red) went above and beyond to help us when our heating system was not working. I would recommend Latitude at Godley Station to anyone!

My husband and I we signed lease for 3 months only, we explained since day 1 that we buying house and we are not going to stay more than that, today i paid last month lease and i remind them that we moving out, property manager said we had to give them 60 days notice. We had no idea! They give you sign lease at the office you have no time to read, and since we told our leasing agent from the first minute we moving out in maybe even two months we conserved it all set. They all knew we buying home and moving out less than 3 months. Now they claim that "oh yes, but that was verbally" Now they want to charge us an extra month! We lease for 3 months!! Thats why short lease term is for! What is going on in this place?
The staff is rude, first month living there encountered endless pests. "Palmettos" aka HUGE roaches. Still saw them every once in a while and we kept our place spotless. 3inch pool, one star is for the gym lol, the only nice person was long haired blonde maintenance guy, who I encountered plenty of times due to a bunch of problems in the apartment (paint in the floor, scratched up floor, moldy bathtubs, at some point our apartment even flooded,). When we first got there the place wasn't cleaned the toilet wasn't scrubbed it was so gross cleaning it. We adopted a husky because it was NOT written in the lease that it was a banned breed. Just in the end to tell us to get rid of it. Even though there was TONS of banned breeds being owned by several people in the apartments including huskys. Which is another reason we thought they weren't banned, someone had a pitbull and told us they let him keep it just because "it was cute". I'm so glad we left that place.
LISTEN TO ME PEOPLE I CAN ALMOST GURANTEE THAT THIS WILL BE THE BEST PLACE YOU HAVE EVER LIVED!! I could literally write a 3 page essay on how great this apartment complex is from THE LOCATION, THE WAY ITS BUILT, and THE STAFF!!! DANIEL the property manger and SHANTRELL are what really make this apartment complex utterly amazing. They helped with anything I needed and never gave me any attitude. They are so understanding and they really make you feel like a family not a business. If I didn't have to relocate I would stay here until I bought a house I'm really going to miss Capital Club and if Danielle or Shantrell is reading this I want to again say thank you and GOD BLESS until next time! Capital Club at Godley Station apartments is by far the most amazing apartments I have ever lived. They have a beautiful kitchen layout and wonderful spacious walk-in closets inside the bathroom. The screened in patio and the view brings so much comfort. The neighbors are wonderful, and the area is peaceful and quiet. Aside from the amenities the leasing consultants and maintenance crew are always very generous and always helpful. They're like my family away from home. I have been here for over a year and I am truly happy with the apartment I have chosen.
