i wouldnt recommend
when i first moved in the smell was horrible and they said it was for roaches and rats which was GROSS TO BEGING WITH it actually turned out to be my bedroom carpet mildewing due to either poor plumbing or something being broke for a while. maintenance comes in timely manners so thats cool. i believe the first couple months of living there i was spending alot of my income getting rid of bedbugs and just getting comfortable altogether. i would not recommend living with Campbell Properties. im hoping to buy out my lease. 12 month lease for new tenants, id think very wisely.
