Melissa is on top of everything! The grounds are kept clean and maintained all year long and the building is clean. Any time I have a concern, it is addressed. Everyone is respectful of everyone else's space and property.
Melissa has been so friendly, from the first viewing to messaging about apartment issues. Rent is a great price! The building is always clean and quiet.
