Property Ratings at Logan Park
Logan Park Apartments have kitchens with wide floor space and patios on some units, and that is the only positive thing I have to say about the complex. About 7 years ago this same complex was averaging 2 911 calls a day, the most of any place in the county. The sheriff department, police, and high way patrol did a complex wide raid, taking in van loads of people. After the management changed and the apartments where updated, and they are once again on a downward slide into slum capital of Sacramento once again. The landscape is scattered with animal feces and litter. It was a regular thing to find used condoms and needles on the sidewalks. Packs of kids roam around the complex unwatched. I've seen them throwing rocks at cars, power transformers, and each other. They are playing in the parking lots, riding bikes at full speed up and down the walks, and kids as little as 7 and 8 are at the play ground as late as 10PM, even on school nights. Homeless regularly patrol the parking lots and rummage through the dumpsters. Cars are burning rubber and carving doughnuts in the parking lots and play their car radios full blast all night long. There is always someone screaming at someone else on the walks and there are regular fights among the residents, sometimes including weapons being drawn. Although there is no security to been seen (they have two security guards that are responsible for three complexes. This makes up their 'Night Watch'), cops are a regular sight. There has been shootings, assault and battery, armed robberies, brandishing of weapons, and smash and grab burglaries. We had things stolen from our back patio as has everyone else around the complex. There was even a drug deal gone bad that resulted in a car taking out an apartments stairs, at least two car fires in the 19 months I have lived at the apartments. The smell of pot is everywhere and you regularly see residents and kids lighting up in the parking lot. Residents are crammed into the the tiny apartments, it's not unusual to see 5 kids and parents in 3 bedroom apartments that are less than 1000 square feet. The staff in the office is rude, do not respond to residents concerns, and lie without even batting an eye, even over things not even worth lying about. It is useless to make a complaint or call security.
Thank you for a smooth move-in. The staff was helpful, and the Life Center is a blessing to our family. Nice to be a part of the community.
Very nice newly 16 million dollar remodel with three pools and 3 Jacuzzi and exercise room and computer room and they take section 8 and if something needs fixing they come right away. They are very courteous the staff and the maintenance and I love my 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment with walk onto patio that's enclosed and they are pet friendly here.
2 bed room 1 bath A/c installation Up stairs Plain Pets allowed Pour location
When we moved in here they told us that it was a kid friendly apartment which at the time I was pregnant. This is far from kid friendly, there are people smoking weed right in fron of the kids park. Not to mention people are rude. The apartment itself is decent for the price but the staff can't figure things out. I got a cat and I was told 2 different pet deposits from 3 different staff members
Well the first thing they could have done was gate the apartment since it's so huge everybody and anybody can come in and out of the Apartments there's no cameras police always in and out of the complex horrible paint job , could improve.
