Property Ratings at Lofts of Wilmington
The roaches are really bad. They’re coming out of the electrical outlets, I find them in my fridge and freezer, etc. I do my dishes every night and take out the trash before it’s full but it’s still yucky every time
Now that we have new management they are greatly understanding and they do a lot more things for the community all we need now is a playground for the kids and I'll be happy lol
We've been here since 2023, and maintenence and office staff has changed several times. The amenities could be better, the pool was closed a few times during the summer, and right at labor day. I do love the knew pool furniture.
Awesome place to call home for my first year in Wilmington, the staff is the best and so helpful whenever I call. I genuinely enjoy being part of a community and everyone is so friendly and helpful.
It has been good so far. I really have enjoyed the atmosphere and environment here at lofts wilmington. The calmness and solitude has always been priceless.
Applying was very easy, communication about next steps had to be pushed forward by me contacting property. When it was time to move in I was super excited. Then I got into property and was disappointed about the how much pet hair was everywhere in the unit. I'm still working on cleaning everything out before I move my items into the unit. Also a few things we're very unacceptable in unit like stove eyes, shower curtain rod, windows not able to be but up, etc. Hopefully this will be the worse of this experience.
Just moved in and so far everything has been great. I love how hot the water gets and how warm my apartment stays all day. It's such a quiet and great neighborhood.
Great place to start if you are new around the area, lots of different things to do and lots of different directions . definitely in the heart of Wilmington !
Going down hill slowly but surely laundry room always out of order and steals your money and charges an extra convenient fee not so convenient

Just renewed for year 3. It’s a loft… smaller, but actually just right for me. My location gives me the privacy, security and location to go just about anywhere I need to in the area without an issue. Maintenance issues have been solved, neighbors are great, it’s literally 7 minutes to work and it’s mine for another year. Thank you Lofts and here’s to 2026.

Year 2. Love the location, even though I now drive 30 minutes to the 400 acre private estate I manage in NC. I really like the Loft part and never want a regular bedroom again! Maybe I’ll graduate to a Barn and just have a bigger layout…. With a “Loft!’” I’m comfortable living here, know some people here now, and do feel that the location is great and the price is right. Who knows…maybe year 3 is on the horizon

Needs visitor parking so residents can park in front of their apartments without issues, washers and dryers in the laundry facility were dirty so I wash my clothes elsewhere, bugs are an issue regardless of cleanliness, decent rent price and opt out option for security deposit are the upsides.

Wasn’t sure if a loft would work for me at first since it’s only 500 sq ft, but I just passed a year and I’ve grown to love the floor plan! It’s very open and having the high vaulted ceilings prevent me from feeling cramped. The vinyl plank flooring (not the thin sheet vinyl) is extremely durable as well! The skylight is a nice touch in the bedroom area upstairs.

Despite the Apartment complex spraying, and myself spraying for bugs, they are a continuous problem for my apartment. The maintenance is can be slow unless it is a critical repair.

Easy move in, cute neighborhood, best price for space in the area. Close to many shops and the beach, and not far from downtown. Monique and Jason in the leasing office are a pleasure to speak with. Happy to be living here.

Nice place to live at. The lofts have the perfect amount of space for just me. Community stays nice and quiet while still being close to everything in town.
If I could give a half star I would. This place is impossible. My next neighbor I’ve had to call the cops on him and have told the office this so many times. They didn’t listen. They’re bugs EVERYWHERE. Bugs we did not bring with us. They do not call pest control and will fine you if you ask them too. The maintenance only calls once a month and barely comes back when we need them to. It’s not a good place to live. Not to mention. They wanted us to pay extra rent despite them NOT BEING HERE to tell us about some 60 days notice that the previous managers did NOT mention to us. Worst apartments to live in and everyone is constantly moving.

Honestly it’s been pretty good since we have moved here. Everyone is really nice. There was something wrong with our a/c when we moved in. But they got it fixed for us the same day.
So far living at the lofts has been amazing! Very quiet and very good staff! Day one the ac broke and they had a unit in there the same day, I recommend!
Nice places, great staff, maintenance issues taken care of with a phone call, decent prices, and a perfect location in Wilmington. 14 month lease, which actually works out very well.
My apartment has a bug problem. They have sprayed once but still see bugs. My toilet runs all the time. I think the flap is bad. I have damage blinds from the previous tenants.

The office managers are awesome!!!!! Felt very welcome when arrived and they helped me out with every question or concern I had..just moving in on the 28th so don’t know too much about the community yet but I have visit the pool and laundry area
