So you will get your steps in! 519 Virginia Street has eight 2BR apartments with 1BA or 2BA. 20 St. Louis Place has fifteen 1BR/1BA apartments. 18 St. Louis Place has seven 1BR/1BA apartments. 14 St. Louis Place has eight 1BR/1BA apartments. Rent payments include management & maintenance, garbage, water, sewer. Gas & Electric, Internet & Cable are the responsibility of the tenant. Minimum qualification requirements: Credit score is 640 plus 3x gross income to rent ratio. Cost: 1BR/ range is $1000 - $1400. 2BR range is $1450 - $2100. Security deposit equals one month’s rent and is due at lease signing. Lease Duration: leases are typically for one year. However, there are instances where a shorter or longer lease may be available.
