The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lofts At Eden
Came to do a pop up tour and before I could get out the car to the front office the way this property looked had me outdone. I dodged a bullet not living here. Thin walls, poop surrounding property, property outside walls falling apart, trash was everywhere and homeless people living next door at the abandoned restaurants, what is going on?!
DISASTER!! In August my partner and I reserved an apt here and were super excited to move in after our tour until issues emerged with their application system affecting myself and several other applicants. They apparently had our application but no record of the application payment so I sent the office all the confirmation emails and copies of our bank statements and was told numerous times I would hear back from management to get a refund as the application was never able to be processed due to technical issues yet we were still charged. We are now in DECEMBER and despite the complex being taken over by new management, we STILL have yet to recover the money that was STOLEN from us. I have reached out to the new management several times and was told they would discuss with finance and someone would get back to me, but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Stay away from this place, the level of disorganization and unprofessionalism is atrocious. At this point it isn't even about the money we were robbed of, it's about the simple principle of having integrity as a business, which they clearly LACK entirely.
I moved out of the apartment about 3 months ago and these are the heights that still have not returned my deposit, all the time they have been evasive and no concrete response, I thought they were serious people, it hurts that I am going through this. I feel cheated.
Marina and Cayla are two amazing women. They were very friendly and helpful they really went above and beyond. Definitely made my decision very easily for leasing. Thank you would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It’s new and shiny but the walls are paper thin. So thin that it has single handedly forced me to not renew my lease.

We are sorry that you feel that way about the walls. They are built to spec and what the city requires as it is a newer building. We value your residency and hope you come back to us!
Alex and Jessica both work for lofts at Eden along side living there I love talking to them.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to share your experience. We pride ourselves on great customer service and wonderful employees!
This place looks pretty on the outside but please save yourself the trouble. The staff does not care if you have leaks in the apartment and are too cheap to actually approve what repairs are needed other than quick fixes. Leaks that completely flood the floors and they will not do mold treatments. Staff is completely unprofessional and does not respond to emails or calls. Rent is too much for a place this cheaply built. Management is clearly looking for quick money and does not care about the residents who live here. Have spoken with many other residents who agree. Save yourself the time and trouble.

We do not have you registered as a resident but do believe we know what apartment you are referring to as our onsite staff has been in communication with you. Your issue required an outside vendor and we had to wait for their bid. We have responded in a timely manner and quite efficiently. Please let us know if there is another issue you have that we need to address. We pride ourselves on our constant communication and regret that you do not feel that way.
I reported water damage in Dec 19 and was told it was just paint discoloration. Not sure why a new building have roof damage but they just painted over it. Reported again and finally told there is roof damage but why didn't fix when reported it 6 months ago. Also, told by Maintenance there is several roof leaks. Request pay for damage because reported and property didn't fix. I was told to file with my own insurance even thought it was their negligence. I was told with my 1st lease renewal rent going up $300 because updates which include new kitchen. Still waiting on kitchen updates promised over 1.5 years ago. People moving in already have updates but an old client is not address which we all still paying the same rent.

Thank you for your review. We did have a roof issue that was resolved recently with warranty when the property was built and there are no outstanding issues currently. We did speak with the property onsite and as of this moment there have been no new reports of an issue within your apartment. As your management company, according to your lease, we legally fix any maintenance issues. When brought to our attention we resolved the issue but had to wait for the third-party company to fix it. We are glad that your problem is resolved and thank you for renewing with us. We can’t wait to spend another year with you!
Lofts at Eden IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX. D not let them fool you! The slap that word on their name to make overpricing acceptable. Multiple noise complaints were made about a neighbor from multiple tenants with no action taken. My coworker who also lived there was told “Not all noise complaints are documented” SO WHATS THE POINT?! They lie about the amenities available when they do not provide them. They do exist on the website and online listings though. The elevator was broken every other week. Most amenities were shut down due to vandalism. So it was great not being able to enjoy those. I moved out two weeks early! The end of April was the end of my lease. It has been 50 days since I moved and I have yet to receive my security deposit. 2 weeks after moving, I called to inquire and was informed that I can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive it in the mail. After calling again the first week of June, a NEW office person says the forwarding address was not on file....it was REQUIRED when we gave a SIXTY notice! Nor was it mentioned on the call I made weeks before. So after providing them with the address, I have received nothing. I have reached back out only to get the run around about it coming from the management company. NM Residential is the management company. NM Residential has not returned any of the three voicemails left. NM Residential yet to contact us via email that was provided during an online inquiry. Yesterday I spoke with another new office staff at Lofts who was going to investigate and return my call personally before end of day. Didn’t happen. Save your time, patience, and anxiety! Just don’t do it!

Devonte, we're disappointed to hear of your experience but can assure you we pride ourselves on customer service and our beautiful community. Our manager has contacted you regarding your security deposit and would love to assist you with getting this handled.
Moved in when new but now ready to move out. The security door never work and it allow someone in to vandalize the elevator and clubhouse. Now the actual resident clubhouse hours is same as office hours. Promised updates been pending for over a year. People allow their pets to go in hallways and elevators.

We appreciate the feedback. Please know that the safety of our residents and property is very important. The doors have been repaired and the remodels have started. If you have any concerns, you are always more than welcome to address with the leasing office!
When I moved in the only complaint I had was you were able to hear everything your neighbors were doing all around you. Rent was affordable and the complex is beautiful and the staff friendly. Unfortunately, I do not feel that way anymore. Got my lease renewal letter, my rent raised 325 dollars, 325 dollars in one year. The new owners are not nice. They don't answer the phone. If you go in the office they make you feel like you are bothering them. The elevator is always broken. The doors to enter property often malfunction and you have to walk around the property to find a door that works, or wait till someone leaves. There is always flooding in the entry ways. The stairways always have trash in them. I will say the maintenance guys are nice. As much as I hate moving, I don't have a choice.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our company prides itself on customer service and would love to discuss with you your concerns in person!
BE VERY AWARE! This apartment complex is not only a dump, constant trash everywhere in the halls despite the MANDATORY trash fee, but the staff is really cold and super rude. They also incredibly violate people rights here by requiring DNA testing of all animals. And if you choose not to? a $50 A DAY fine will follow! Can we receive the staffs DNA and fingerprints as well? If we are giving up our personal rights (and yes I consider both my dogs equal to them), so shouldn't they!? George Orwell's 1984 anyone?! I mean, come on! If you were that concerned with stray poop, install a security system, put ALL the money you take from people to actual work! To top if off, my rent will be almost $400 more for the next lease (which won't come to pass). You heard that right, a $400 INCREASE! I have stayed quiet long enough about this crock of a "living space". The original owners were kind, friendly, replied IMMEDIATELY to ANY issue and kept the renters as their top priority. This new owner? Their main priority is money and quiet frankly, being bullies. I have heard nothing but the WORST stories from my neighbors this last month and I can't wait to move! I have NEVER complained in a living situation and pride myself on being tolerant and patient but I AM DONE here! P.S. tons of reviews as seen below have been paid for in the form of cheaper rent :) Enjoy the lies of this place.

We regret to hear of your less than exceptional experience at our community. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors!
it is no wonder this place has no availability, we fell in love with it, so small and quaint, we never liked large communities and its next to so many shops and major highways, convenient but our luck being so bad there are no 2 bedrooms available. Since we are in no rush i will keep checking for availability. Number one pick!
