Absolutely loved my living experience at the Lofts at Cherry Hill! Honestly, the management team made all the difference. Their exceptional customer service was EVERYTHING. The whole process went incredibly seamless - from the initial walk through to moving in to moving out. Evan, Abbie Kelly were the kindest, most genuine patient leasing agents I have ever met. Also, the maintenance man, Kevin, was always super prompt and helpful. Moreover, I enjoyed my morning walks through the charming neighborhood I LOVED the fact that I could walk to the hair salon spa in less than 5 min since my home was in a cute little village! Definitely a plus for me! I HARDLY ever write reviews, but this management team (Lofts of Columbia) is beyond impressive and deserves recognition. Abbie is still offering her customer service magic to me, and I am no longer a resident! She is the sweetest!
