Property Ratings at Lofts at 308 Ninth
I had a horrible experience in this apartment building and I would NOT recommend it to anyone in the area. First off, it is very noisy- not just from the outside but the walls are so thin you can hear people from across the hall. The management are not helpful and were not honest. They charge you for every little thing in the apartment when you move out- they charge you for painting it, they charge 10 days of rent when they are cleaning the apartment and granted I already moved out. I've moved in and out of countless number of apartments and never had to pay for so many unnecessary things. So many people move out already once they experience living here. READ EVERY LINE IN THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN!
The ladies in the office have been so gracious and helpful with everything we need. They go out of their way to accommodate when needed. This is our second lease at the lofts and we love them!
Have been living at the lofts for 2 years now and I love it. Everything is high quality, I have a great view, and the maintenance staff is quick and friendly and will fix anything from clogged drains to missing screws.
