the people who works in the rental office are really nice especially the lady Tiana, she’s always helpful and gets my problems resolved.
Horrible place ! The people who works in the office is very rude. When they answer the phone they don’t identify themselves , there’s no privacy in the apartments , you can hear the neighbors conversations i mean all of it. It’s very hot in the summer no central air . Winter time it’s very cold the radiators don’t push out a lot of heat.
These apartments doesn’t have a system.(NO HEAT) I repeat, there’s NO HEAT!!. The foundation is horrible. Kitchens are extremely small, no counter space. Maintenance does an horrible job when it comes to fixing things. It’s extremely cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. Office manger is very rude and unprofessional. It’s not worth the time or money

I absolutely love my little apartment. It's my first place on my own, and I am enjoying it. They fix things almost as soon as you ask for it, and they are great with maintaining the greenery. Our neighborhood is super sweet and quiet, and the place is like the best bang for my buck!
This is a nice quiet place to live the rent is very workable and near the bus lines easy to get to the heart of the city close to shopping centers and schools.
My family and I have been here for 3yrs. The outside is well kept but the inside is full of mice. No matter how clean your house is mice constantly come in so I recommend getting a cat! Also the staff is not helpful at all. I had a work issue that resulted in me or other coworkers not getting paid. Nonetheless I explained the situation and through rental assistance I was able to handle the rent but they still put me up for eviction. We're currently in the process of finding something new. I wouldn't recommend it.
This apartment complex is nice. It's quiet and has a park like atmosphere which make you feel like you're living in the country. It's conveniently located near a hospital if you need one for an emergency. There are three different public transit bus lines to choose from that are nearby and to quickly walk to. Also, it's located near a couple of shopping centers which has a supermarket and other convenient stores. This is the perfect place!!
