Overview

Although technically landlocked, nowhere in Pinellas Park is more than a few minutes from the water. The city’s relatively central location in the Tampa Bay Area makes it easy to visit any of the local attractions, from watching games at Tropicana Field or USF, to the museums in St. Petersburg, to the nightlife in Ybor, and of course the gorgeous beaches. Pinellas Park apartments are great for commuters to Tampa and MacDill Air Force Base, as well as frequent travelers —with St. Pete- Clearwater International Airport on the north end of the city and I-275 running along the east side of town, it’s never difficult to get where you need to go from an apartment in Pinellas Park.

The blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico lie so close by that this location makes the perfect place for vacation or ideal Florida living.

    Renowned as the home of the first condominium ever built in the United States, Kenneth City's residential charm and low prices offer an attractive alternative to the pricier beach communities located nearby. This tiny town located less than 8 miles northwest of downtown St. Petersburg mostly contains residential properties, although several businesses and parks also call Kenneth City home.

    Small homes for rent and small to medium apartment complexes line the residential streets of Lealman, an unincorporated neighborhood just south of Pinellas Park and about five miles northwest of St. Petersburg. At the northern edge of Lealman, the 400 acres of Sawgrass Lake Park serve as one of the premier birdwatching spots in all of Florida, and its dirt trails beckon to locals who want to enjoy a touch of wilderness in the city.
