It is situated on Waialua Bay and is home to Haleiwa Beach Park and Kaiaka Bay Beach Park. Away from the shore, you'll find a fantastic shopping district in a lush, tropical setting with spectacular mountain views along Kamehameha Highway. About six miles southeast of Haleiwa, you'll find the historic Dole Plantation, which offers a pineapple garden maze, a restaurant, and a train tour.
