West Rail is a compact community situated on the stretch of land between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona. You’ll notice an emphasis on the railroad industry of Madison in the neighborhood, with renovated train depots and stations playing host to trendy new restaurants and markets. The area is also home to many of Madison’s most well-traveled destinations, including the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art Children’s Museum and the Kohl Center, the home of the Badgers.
