Nestled in the foothills of the Sacramento Mountain, Tularosa is a quiet desert village about 200 miles south of Albuquerque. Boasting panoramic mountain views, this small town offers a variety of apartments, houses, and townhomes in a variety of architectural styles, from pueblo-inspired to Spanish-style. Spanning only two square miles, Tularosa has an extremely close-knit community hosting special events at the Tularosa Community Center or parks like Tularosa Children’s Park. Along with a friendly community, Tularosa’s biggest allure is its proximity to stellar outdoor recreation opportunities. Tularosa within an hour’s drive or less to White Sands National Park, Lincoln National Forest, and the Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area.
