Situated about four miles south of Downtown Oxnard, Tierra Vista is a tranquil suburban neighborhood adjacent to Oxnard College. Tierra Vista is convenient to numerous local parks such as Johnson Creek Park, College Park, Southwinds Park, and Walter B. Moranda Park. The beautiful Hueneme Beach Park and the vast Point Mugu State Park are each just a short drive away from Tierra Vista as well.
