Thomas Manor is an affordable neighborhood about nine miles southwest of Downtown El Paso. Thomas Manor has highly affordable, ranch-style single-family houses and cozy mid-rise apartments available for rent. Locals go to the community’s namesake park to play basketball, or just stroll along the pond. Thomas Manor is predominately residential but there are a few businesses in the area. Thomas Manor’s biggest draw is its great location. Not only is this neighborhood only a 20-minute drive from downtown, but Thomas Manor is also convenient to several points of interest including El Paso Community College-Valle Verde Campus, Ascarate Park, and Speaking Rock Entertainment Center, a large amusement complex used for concerts, ice skating, bingo, video games, and more.
