I would like to see investment in infrastructure in this area. It is run down most of the time, except for three weeks around Derby time, where it immediately gets trashed again. I would like to see a coalition of residents and local business owners supporting each other to ensure that this can be a safe and inclusive area for all. We need less shoddy, poorly maintained rental properties, and action plans to incentive first time home buyers to invest in the area.
