It is very close to the beach and there are many great shops and restaurants. It is also very close to bal harbor shops which is convenient.

It is very easy for someone to find a job in our community. There are several stores open seven days a week and they accept all ages and ethnicities.

Houses and buildings in our area are very beautiful. They are adorned with grapevines, details and two door garages. Almost all houses have a pool and the homes are spacious.
