South Park is a low-key residential neighborhood on the south side of Des Moines. While much of this neighborhood is defined by single-family homes, the area also features an impressive selection of apartments and townhomes, with great options to fit any taste, lifestyle, or budget. Residents enjoy close access to several popular retail destinations along 14th street, including Southridge Mall and Southgate Shopping Center. okay place to live. there's a mixture of older and newer houses for rent, there's even apartment buildings.
