Good up and coming area with new restaurants and young residents. Very close to some more crime ridden neighborhoods but safety is good within the area and very close to transport.

Logan square is a very diverse neighborhood. There are men there who have a cat calling problem, but other than that this neighborhood is wonderful. The garden outside the blue line Belmont station is well maintained and the local stores nearby are friendly. CTA makes it very easy to get around this large neighborhood as well. Having a family here is a wonderful idea. Growing up in logan square I appreciated the scenery and the character of the neighborhood.

It is a great place to be if you don't have a car as there are bus stops as well as train stations in the area. People are generally friendly and there's always something to do.

Wonderful place to live in the city. Incredible restaurants/bars, loads of things to do, a wonderful farmer's market, and it definitely is safer than other places I've lived in the city. The 606 is nearby and is easily one of Chicago's best highlights. It's also got a lot of transit -- the East-West busses can take you anywhere and the blue line can take you either right downtown or out to O'Hare quickly and easily.
