The area is nice. Stores are close by. The traffic can get heavy depending on the day of the week and weather.

The area is generally pretty good. There have been a lot of compliments at events, especially sporting, that our fans and citizens are the least obnoxious and don't start riots. There's a lot to do, but everything good costs money and the great stuff is expensive. I've lived in the same place my entire life so I can't really compare it to other places.
