In the years that I have lived here, I can say that the neighborhood is pretty safe. It is very close to local stores, and it has many parks around, perfect for families and kids. And it also has a variety of cuisines to choose from that are also nearby.

I was always fond of suburbs like Richmond, so the look of the neighborhood was fine. What I would like changed is the quality of the neighborhood. Street lights are often out of commission, so you wouldn't be able to see anything without house lights at night.

I love the facts that there are many parks nearby, great for walks, exercise, and children. The schools in the area are A-schools and/or magnet schools so kids are receiving quality education.
