My neighbors are diverse and friendly. We have easy access to freeway I5 and downtown Portland. The frequently bus lines 35, 4, and 75 run through the neighborhood to downtown Portland. Shops and restaurants are located on N Lombard St, which has a lot of potential for more growth. Columbia Park is safe and beautiful. One of negative points is the train horn at night on Columbia boulevard but you may get used to it after a while. Overall, nice location.
