I wrote about the houses in the previous question. Cost of housing is extremely high and so is renting. Utilities are high as well, since we use the air conditioner many months due to the heat and allergies. Not many vacant properties where I live but in the next town over there is government housing, vacancies, abandoned properties, and seems like no city codes.?

The weather is generally good all year, very temperate each season. The people are nice and respectful generally. There are great schools, good shops, plenty of churches, and many activities for all generations.
