Located about 14 miles southwest of Downtown Little Rock, Otter Creek exudes a secluded atmosphere within easy driving distance of all that Little Rock has to offer. Otter Creek is a predominantly residential community, affording residents plenty of rental apartments and houses to choose from along its tree-dense avenues.

Although it is mostly residential, the community contains a shopping center along Stagecoach Road, where residents enjoy a selection of diverse restaurants and convenient shops close to home. Otter Creek is also proximate to great shopping options at the Outlets of Little Rock. Otter Creek Park lies just south of the community, offering ample opportunities for outdoor recreation.
