Olympia Heights is located just 16 miles from Downtown Miami. This suburban community provides all of the action of Miami but with a quieter atmosphere. Enjoy the warm, ocean breeze as well as gorgeous views of nearby Lake Catalina. Commuters have easy access to Florida State Road 874, which is lined with a wide variety of diverse restaurants sure to suit every taste.
Rental options in Olympia Heights range from single-family houses to apartments and townhomes. Many area homes sit within walking distance of Tropical Park, a spacious recreational destination with an equestrian center, batting cages, nature trails, a dog park, and a man-made lake for fishing.
Once a year, the park hosts the Miami International Agriculture, Horse, and Cattle Show, where locals dine on food truck fare, visit the petting zoo, and check out livestock. I have been living around this area for majority of my life and I love it. The neighborhood is very safe and the people living in the area is super friendly. The atmosphere of Olympia Heights is very calm and family friendly and I would recommend anyone to live here.
