Amazing, quiet, peaceful area to live. Irvine is a great city; property values are great but cost of living is more expensive.

Northwood is a quiet, rather pristine neighborhood. The loudest parts being those accelerating off the 5 freeway and nearby Trabuco Road. Within our community are a diverse set of families, with children of all ages as well as pets, mainly dogs and cats.

The weather is always beautiful and the four seasons except winter is always prevalent. It is always on the warm side which allows for a lot of comfort.

Our neighborhood holds many events that bring us closer. The neighbors are always friendly and able to help out whenever needed. Our neighborhood has not had many moves and community events are always frequent and engaging.
